NOT for DC winch or crane control...
The contacts are not reversing so useless for DC crane motors. they are a simple SPDT. One power input sent to one or the other output. Cannot reverse a DC polarity like you can with a DPDT cross configutation...

Rubber joining sleeve
Installed August 2022 (9 months) of use, stays on dump trailer as the up down control box the rubber joining sleeve has disintegrate. The box does NOT keep water out. Guess you get what you paid for. Do you homework BEFORE buying.
