Excellent phone, excellent price
Excellent phone, excellent price. First things first people...this is a budget friendly device...although it feels nice, solid, and not cheap @ all, it is cheap, and so the specifications on this phone are a bit low quality, but then what do you expect when you buy a low budget, mid range phone?? You get what you pay for. For those of you who are used to phones of better, & superior quality and decide to settle for less...you will be disappointed. If your an app addict...take a pass on this. SD cards (for the most part) only hold music and photos, apps can't be moved, and bloatware from HTC and virgin mobile, are crammed on here taking up quite a bit of space..leaving you with not much room...so, although I am blown away with the performance of this device, others will not. The placement of the power & volume buttons, are randomly located on the right side, if you have a problem with that position..get over it. Adapt. I have. That's not a big deal to me. The camera is decent, for this particular phone..I've also seen a lot of complaints on the keyboard for texting..also once again, it's fine, I like it, and a 3rd party app is not required. You can access directional keys, by going to text settings on the keyboard, you can install various languages for texting in, as well. The 5 inch screen is smaller than what I was used to, but it's also fine. Not too big or small, just right. Anyway, this is a great phone!!! I am satisfied! Don't set your expectations so high, and you won't be disappointed, plain & simple! This phone, to me gets more than "just the job done", it's everything I've always wanted & more! Thank you seller!!!

I really like this phone except for one thing
I purchased this for myself when I needed a new phone. I really like this phone except for one thing. It has like a Siri type feature, but it activates randomly whenever I'm listening to music. So, if I try to put my phone in my pocket while I'm using headphones, it will automatically ask me if I've said anything and flip out. I can't figure out how to turn that feature off for the life of me. Beyond that, the phone itself has been great. I've not had any bad lag. The camera isn't the best, as it has issues with focusing without the flash on, even in a well lit room. I actually have found that my ipod takes better pictures. For the price, though, it's pretty okay on that front. Call quality is good. I haven't had any actual technical issues that have prevented me from using this phone. It's been a pretty great budget phone. I enjoy using it. The screen looks great. Watching videos is very nice on it. Overall, I do give it five stars. It works for what I need it for, and it doesn't lag like crazy. It's not super heavy, but it doesn't feel like it'll fly out of my hands. I really like it.

Good for the Pricepoint
First and foremost, this is a virgin mobile phone, so make sure that is what you are looking for. I came to this phone from a Galaxy S3, which I had enjoyed quite a bit. The HTC interface was not as intuitive as the samsung interface, but there's nothing wrong with it. The phone is fairly fast, and I've never had problems with it having any lag or apps running slowly. So far, the battery life has been noticably better for me than that of the Galaxy, so that has been a very pleasant surprise. My biggest complaint with this phone is the ridiculous amount of bloat-ware that came reinstalled on it. The phone only has 8 gigs of storage space availible on the phone, and about 3.5 gigs of that were taken up by apps and drivers that I can't uninstall, which severely limits the amount of apps and music that you could put on this phone. Pros: -Battery Life -Screen size (if you like a big screen) -speed/ processing power Cons: -bloatware -lack of name brand cases(lifeproof/otterbox)

Love my HTC
This phone is great! Pros: Sleek and white. Large screen. HTC themes that are fun and amazing. They have this star wars theme that changes the icons, the sound, the wallpaper, the message wall paper, the color theme. It's great. I've not seen any LG phones that offer the themes like HTC does. It never stalls. Never glitches. Pictures are decent. Great photo editing app that comes with the product. cons: Battery life is less than stellar. If you use Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pokemon Go. This product will zap the battery life in less than three straight hours. If you just use it to occasionally post, or glance at those apps then you'd love this phone and the battery will last you till around 7pm (you'll be on 25% about that time if you haven't charged.) For a fix to this issue I just went and bought a power bank from amazon. The HAME is great. It stays in my purse and I just hook it up to my phone wherever I am and it's charged to 100% in no time. Volume: Boo. It sucks. I wish it was louder. To counter this deficit I have a bluetooth speaker (which I'm sure most do these days) that I keep with me when I'm going to the beach or attending a gathering of some sort. For times that I'm alone at home the volume is more than loud though. Pictures: Yeah they are decent, but I've had better phone cameras. It doesn't offer much in the way of immediate filters, but once you have the picture taken it gives you a whole array of options via their app that comes with the phone. it offers Selfie mode, panarama, and regular camera mode. Storage: Boo. Major downside to this phone is I'm always struggling to make room for even the smallest apps. It doesn't let you transfer LARGE apps to your SD card. My facebook app takes up almost 200MB. It doesn't let you transfer Pandora and other apps that are space hoggers. It lets you transfer many apps to the SD card, but it's fickle. You get 8G of storage and that is TIGHT so my next phone will have more wiggle room in this area. The issues are so minor though and I would take all of those issues over other phones I've dealt with. Great product for the price. Highly recommend.
