Great for baking a yummy coconut cake.
Very tasty, great value for money and very fresh. The quality is second to none and the texture is great for baking. Great value for the size of pack.

Good quality, good price
I wasn't able to find coconut in the shops by me for rolling my Malibu truffles in and popped on Amazon and found I could use Morrisons delivery service, same day delivery. I didn't have to pay over the top for them, they were a good price. Arrived same day and off I went rolling my truffles in the coconut. Not too hard or overly dry. Tasted nice and didn't take too much effort to chew it to break it down to swallow. Everyone who had a truffle really liked them. Lovely smell of coconut. No chunks, just nicely grated size pieces.

Good quality
Good quality. Would buy again and keep it as a regular order. I used it in fruit loaves and it provides stability rather than using flour.
