One of the reviews mentioned a chest strap. I dont see any in the pictures. Is there a front chest strap on this?

There are shoulder strap and two side strap,doesn't have front chest strap.

Can this be worn as a cross body sling pack?

Don’t think it will work crossbody. The shoulder straps have adjustment but probably not enough to go cross body. It is very lightweight & compact.
