Can i use this for snow globes?

No, I tried to use this for snow globes and it just floats up at the top.

I am making snow globes (without water) and need fake snow to fill the bottom. Would this be ideal?

Absolutely! I used this for a waterless snow globe as well and it worked beautifully!

Can this be use in water for snow globe?

NO! Try a waterless snow globe instead. I did a project for 50 underprivileged youngsters using empty baby food jars. I painted the outside of the lids with inexpensive fingernail polish, then glued snowmen, trees, Santa, presents, etc. mini resin 3D ornaments inside the lids of the jars. I sprinkled on some glitter and let them dry overnight. I let each child pick their scene and put about 1/2 inch of artificial snow in the jar. I also had some glitter available for the more sparkly effect. Then I secured the lid and let the child turn it over. MAGIC!! I have also tried water in a snow globe and totally prefer waterless. No worries that the water and glycerin will leak out, much less mess, much lighter to carry in the supplies, and absolutely adorable. ;-)

Can i use this for snow globes?

I don't see why not..I'm not sure how they would settle because it's very light paper not pebble like a regular snow globe
