Why does my wool have a sheepy scent?

The bag of extra wool is entirely natural. It is constructed using natural materials. All our wool is double-scoured. However, with this being a natural product, there can sometimes be a slight sheepy scent upon initial opening.

How do I get rid of that scent?

This will subside within a few hours of opening up your packaging and airing the product before use will speed up this process.

Can I wash this wool?

Wool is self-cleaning and therefore does not require washing, however if you do want to freshen up your pillow - air it outside to encourage air circulation. DRY CLEAN ONLY.
