The two choices are size01 and size02. i can't find the difference. anyone know?

The difference between these two sizes is that the hand guard in size2 is 3cm bigger than size 1.As we are honest seller, so we don't want to cheat our customers in details.

What parts do you wash - or do you wash the whole product/ do you remove the blade to wash or is it permanent?

First wash is by hand in warm soapy water. After that top rack of dishwasher. I can't get the blade out.

Can I use this to cut zucchini long ways like for lasagna?

Yes, the mandoline slicer has a variety of cutting types: 1. Circular slicer, from paper thin to 9mm thick; 2. Two shredder slicer settings - 4.5mm and 9mm.

yep, I put mine through a dishwasher, and it was fine.
