I started using this when I got sick of measuring and drawing out my own spaces in notebooks and it's been great. I'm in college and started it for math courses (specifically pre-calc and Calculus 1) and liked it so much I bought another for biology! I write a LOT of notes during in-person lectures, lots of tips and formulas and examples of how to find the solutions. Some days I end up filling two pages up. This notebook handles my lengthy notes with ease, enough space for the equations and little hints and the space for equations so they're right where I need them but still not getting in the way of the actual equations. I didn't think much about the index, now I wish I had it with my other notebooks! It's so easy and fast to find what I'm looking for no matter how far back I'm going. The pages themselves provide enough space list the same information so everything matches, yet takes up so little of the page at the same time. Honestly, if you're someone who takes lots of notes and likes to stay organized with them, I strongly recommend this. There's more pages than you'd think too since this notebook is deceptively beefy and the bleed is something I've never noticed, and I use a lot of color coordinating with my notes. I just wish they sold these as large as the 5* ones but for what you get as is, it's fantastic and worth the money. And the smaller size does help in times, makes it a lot easier to carry around and not as heavy, something I'm willing to do since these don't look embarrassingly like notebooks for a child or middle schooler. They pass for college students just fine so that's one less thing to worry about.

Expensive but so useful. Pages are thick and strong, the numbering system works well for me.

I just received the notebooks I have purchased. I was looking for the brand focusnotes note-taking system on Amazon and read some reviews for that brand, then saw one of the reviews mentioned this brand note-taking notebook, so I looked into it. I am really Happy that I made a good decision. I have used many types of notebooks, engineering note-taking notebooks, blank sheets notebooks, lines marked notebooks, even the same note-taking system but different brands, etc. This is the best notebook I have ever bought. 1. plastic covers on both sides. 2. paper quality, thick 3. each page shows page number. It is a really good feature, and I could say that 99.99% of the notebooks on the market do not have the feature. I like to have the page number on each page, and I used to mark page numbers my own on the pages. 4. the first 3 pages, you could write your contents, such as which page includes what topics. It is really good for note-taking, and later, when do review my notes, I can directly go to the page I want. I used to make my own as well, now save me time. I think all of the college students should have this notebook, recommended.

Love it! Helps keep me organized for my CHEM class. The layout of this notebook makes it much easier to find everything I need, quickly. It is organized just like the pics shown, with a heading section at the top, for subject /topic, date, etc., there is a column on the left, which I find most helpful, and there is a summary section on the bottom of each page (shaded gray, a bit too dark for me). I use the notebook for some note taking, lesson planning, and for keeping my science homework organized, especially word problems. The column on the left is a great place to put key equations, and notes for "tricky" problems. I recommend at least *trying* this format for note taking and homework, regardless of whether or not you need a spiral notebook like this one, or loose-leaf paper. You can find similar, free, printable templates online, esp. Pinterest. Note: pens work great, but pencil doesn't show up very well. Paper is substantial enough to not bleed thru colors from sharpie-type, fine point pens.

Awesome notebook, great note-taking system for really absorbing the information. It's expensive, yes, but worth it. Durable cover means it doesn't get destroyed no matter how many times I shove it in my backpack. Thick enough pages that ink doesn't bleed through. Numbered pages and a table-of-contents in the beginning so I can easily find material. And a great layout (Cornell Note Taking System) to record notes, cues/questions, and summarize each topic. Really the only thing I can think of to improve it would be additional cover options (different colors for different different subjects. But apart from that, perfect, and I plan on buying several more.

This is great quality!

I bought this notebook for my continuing education and conferences for work, and I'm delighted with it! The paper is sturdy, and even my good rollerball pens don't bleed through. The line spacing is 7 mm, which is a little wider than I like, but is a good width for most people. There are sturdy plastic covers on the notebook, which wasn't mentioned in the product listing. The pages are numbered and there are index pages in the front. The smaller size is nice for carrying around, sharing desk space with a keyboard, and using on those little fold-out tables in auditoriums or no table at all. I will be buying more of these.

I have to say hands down this notebook made by Book Factory are well thought out and the quality is very good. I tend to buy Moleskine notebooks because they are readily available however now I am a convert and will buy only from this company. The pages are thick enough that a good quality fountain ink (heck a bad one can be used as well) can be used without the worry of bleeding through the pages. The sizing of the spacing are just right to maximize your penmanship whether its printing or cursive. Overall a great product that is highly recommended.

Excellent quality, pages nice and thick, can write on both sides with fibre tipped pen and does not soak to other side. The layout is super helpful to produce revision notes. Highly recommended!

My daughter likes the notebook. I wish pages were bigger.
