We bought these to mount Sonos speakers in our den after reading poor reviews on Sonos mounts. They worked and we are using them but they had the same problem as Sonos. The screw at the neck is not strong enough to hold the tilting part of the mount when the speaker is in them. We were able to remedy they problem by adding washers with teeth to the screw mount and securing the wire in the attack tight to a beam with a hook to hold the speaker up and take the pressure off of the mount. Given we only had this option or Sonos at the time and they both have the same problem I would still buy these mounts again for half the price. Ascetically they look great and once we added the extra steps to secure they work perfectly.

Easy to install bracket for Sonos One (SL) speakers. Would be nice if the bracket allowed the speaker to be installed upside-down (so the controls and the indicator light are visible - without having to hop on a ladder to take a peek at the speaker's "status" light).

This mount fits perfect and is very solid. I was very surprised to unpack it and have the materials be this heavy duty.

Works for my very high ceiling (14.5 FT) loft. BUT - I had to "MacGyver" this a bit with some support using fish line (check out pics)! That said, this is the only affordable solution I could find for mounting a Sonos One onto a ceiling (lots of stuff for walls, just not ceilings). I could not get myself to fork over the $150 for the only other solution I found by Flexon. Two main issues with this mount: (1) TILT DOESN'T LOCK WELL: the pieces used for the adjustable tilt do not interlock well, and are susceptible to wear down (E.g., if you tilt while the pieces are loosely coupled), which makes it hard for the speaker to stay locked in position (it won't fall, but it can tilt down) AND (2) SPEAKER HOLDERS COULD USE SOME PADDING there's a machine shop type, first-ironman-in-the-cave-type construction to that makes it feel like my very precious Sonos speakers are caged without some padding for movement (as another reviewer points out). The second point, I can live with, but the first was causing issues of the speaker tilting down after a couple of days, giving in to the heavy weight of the Sonos speaker. After a couple of times going up the ladder and readjusting, I finally thought of giving it some support that wouldn't be visible from the group. I used a fish line, and so far, working great! Overall, I wanted to find a way to take advantage of my high ceilings, mounting them on the ceiling versus the wall and, at a very reasonable price point, this does the job. I might adjust later since it might sound better lower to the ground, but I really like the look of the ceiling mount right now. Will update my review if the experience improves and worsens. A note to YIWAN: I would not mind paying another few bucks for a mount design that fixes the two issues above. When searching, I couldn't find many looking to mount their Sonos to a ceiling. Hope this helps someone out there!!

These are sturdy, are stable, I have had them over 8 months and lasted through at lease 8 storms as they are holding my sonos speakers under the exterior eave of my backyard without issue. Good value for money and straightforward setup. Stable and simple design, you are able to still select the buttons on the sonos speakers without issue.

I purchased these mounts to hang my Sonos One speakers under my kitchen cabinets. First off, if you don’t want to drill into a surface, 2 of the 5 pound command strips will secure this in place of screws. Now for the units themselves. I purchased 2 and both of them I had to modify to make them work. One of them the pieces wouldnt line up properly so I had to file the holes larger so that the screws could line up with the bracket holes. The other, the brackets wouldn’t lock into each other because the grooves weren’t cut deep enough and they applied way too much paint. Also there isn’t enough compression to lock the brackets because the screws are about .100 longer than they should be. Because of this the speaker kept dropping down instead of staying pointed horizontally like I want. So removing the excess paint and file the locking grooves deeper made the second mount functional but not as secure as I would like. I would also recommend getting some stick down rubber or foam for the contact points of the speaker because you hear a lot of vibration/rattling of the speaker against the metal mount. Luckily I am a mechanical engineer and was able to problem solve to make these functional even though I’m not satisfied with them but to anyone else, save yourself the headache and get something that is made by/sold directly through Sonos.

I purchased these to mount our Sonos speakers. The speakers are quite heavy. I made sure that they were secured into a stud and near an outlet. You can see that I used a covered wire channel to organize the power cord. I painted it to match the walls. Excellent mounts and everything turned out perfect.

The swivel mechanism on these are terrible and don't support the weight of the sonos one speakers which makes them droop when mounted with the extension. It needs groves on the inside of the swivel for different angles which could improve this problem. It's a shame as these were the only mounts I could find which offer this much movement but I wouldn't recommend them as the mounts are flawed in design.

The pack arrived with missing parts. So I returned the product.

I read all the negative comments before buying these. But like another comment, as they are a fraction of the price of the other brackets I would give them a go. Key change from 2 years ago is that the swivel bracket is now grooved so it does hold the speaker in place. That said I still needed to add washers to the screws so no they could be tightened and I also added a felt band around the top speakers bracket to make to tighter. All in all…just take your time and make a few tweaks. These are good bang for your buck.

Das Material (alles Metall außer die Blende) macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Die einzelnen Teile lassen sich einfach zusammenbauen und passen perfekt. Ich habe die Halterung an der Decke befestigt um Sonos One SL Lautsprecher zu befestigen. Es lässt sich die Neigung und auch die Ausrichtung nach links und rechts alles einstellen. Nach dem festziehen wackelt nichts und hält sehr fest. Die Blende verdeckt die Bohrlöcher mit den Schrauben. Der Lautsprecher sitzt oben und unten sicher in einer Schale die ihn gegen wackeln, herausrutschen etc. sichert. Für mich eine sehr gute Wahl und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

After a kitchen reno and removing an interior wall, i needed a mount to hang my Sonos Ones from my concrete ceiling. These were the only solution I found, everything else is made to mount them to the wall. They are pricey but worth it. They seem of good construction and sturdy and holds my Sonos securly, Highly recommend.
