Review: Great desk - Great desk and quick responsive customer service. First before putting the desk together the company has a very informative video that's 4 min and 28 sec long. My only suggestion is that in step 9 make sure to align piece 12 with the hole on the underside, later in step 16 you'll see why. If you end up with the drafting table not laying flat you might have put the two holes on 12 upward which means you are putting the large hinge on wrong. Otherwise, my desk was delivered in perfect condition and it is very sturdy. It only took the guy I hired about 2 1/2 hours to put it together but since he had piece 12 with the hole up and had attached the piece he ended up having to take that side and the middle apart to rotate piece 12 around. Don't make that mistake and it should be a breeze. I'm a 75-year-old woman and I could have put it together except it would have been difficult for me to handle the amount of time it requires to lay underneath if you are doing this alone. I love the desk. Oh one more thing, I am only 5'5 and the desk is a little high for me in terms of my keyboard. My chair doesn't go up high enough so ergonimically I am sitting with my arms in the wrong position. I plan to buy an attachment to bring my keyboard down and I still might have to buy a new chair. But that has nothing to do with the company. Just and FYI t

Excellent L-Shaped Desk with Tons of Space and Functionality
I recently set up the SEDETA L-Shaped desk (68.9 inches) with the monitor stand riser and I’m genuinely impressed. The size alone gives me plenty of room—one side for my computer and monitor, the other side for drawing, drafting, and spreading out materials. The L-shape fits perfectly into my corner, turning what was previously a cramped workspace into a comfortable, productive station. The construction feels solid and well-designed. The surfaces are smooth and the riser holds my monitor at a better height, which has helped reduce neck strain during long sessions. I appreciate the dual-function nature of the desk: whether I’m working on a laptop, sketching, or monitoring multiple screens, the setup adjusts nicely. Also, installation was easier than I anticipated. The instructions were clear, the parts were well-organized, and I had it assembled in a couple of hours. Once it’s together, it feels stable and holds everything without wobbling—my drawing board, computer, and accessories all sit comfortably. Of course, no product is perfect. The desk is large—which is a huge plus—but if you have a smaller room or limited space you’ll need to measure carefully to make sure it fits. Also, the monitor riser is helpful, but if you’re using extremely large or heavy monitors you might find it less sturdy than premium stands. Finally, while the finished look is good, the material and finish don’t match the highest-end furniture brands—so if you’re looking for ultra-premium aesthetics, you might wish you had gone higher-end. All told, though, I’m really happy with this desk. It has transformed my workspace, allowed me to work and create comfortably, and held up well during everyday use. If you’re looking for a large corner desk with an extra monitor riser and lots of functionality, this SEDETA setup is definitely worth considering.

Great table but needs instructional tips
This desk looks great. It's nice and sturdy and I would say definitely worth the price. Having a large desk with a raised spot for monitors and a convertable drawing tablet is going to be perfect for me. I would give it 5 stars but I agree the instructions are not as vlear as they could be. They give detailed drawings and labels, but they don't mention a few things that are key to getting this desk put together right the first time. I want to note these things for everyone else so it will make it easier for someone purchasing this desk: 1) Make sure to put together both sides before connecting them. On the drawing tablet side, you must screw in the front-right-top-side screw into the 'H' shaped bar before connecting the other horizontal bars and the wedge-shaped metal piece. This is because all the other screws go straight through all the metal frames except this one, which is hidden, and if you don't do this first you'll have to take it apart to get to it. I put that location in a detail photo. 2) Make sure all the metal crossbars are level and lined up with the top of the frame. This is because when you add the tabletop, those tops need to be flush with the crossbars as you'll be screwing them in all the way across. 3) Make sure all the crossbars are assembled divot-side out. This is because some of the threading on the screws will not catch if they're being pushed away from the tabletop from the flat side, as they're barely long enough. Screw goes into these barely-noticeable divotted sides. 4) Be prepared to do several adjustments to the back tabletop piece and the drawing board to get these pieces to fit flush without overlapping and chipping/rubbing eachother when you first test the fit of the assembled drawing table. 5) The H shaped bar needs to be flush not only to the top of the frame but also to the front so the drawing hinges line up. If they aren't perfect after doing this, it's still okay as you'll notice the screw holes are a bit maleable as you screw in the hinge screws. That's it! I hope that helps alleviate some frustration for many of you who purchase the table. Once you get it all together it really is excellent. I'll update this review once I'm able to get more use out of it.

Finally an adequate work space!
So far I love this! It’s great for its price and what I need! I work from home and I also am a portrait artist on the side so I needed two separate work spaces that also can fit well in my bedroom. This not only is more than enough space for each work space but also has the additional monitor stand for both of my monitors and the adjustable drawing desk for my paintings with an area on the side for my pallets and tools! Assembly was pretty straight forward. You need a Phillips head screwdriver and it comes with two Allen Keys ( but having extra Allen keys would be helpful if you have two people trying to put screws in) MAKE SURE TO TRIPLE CHECK THE POSITION OF THE HOLES ON THE FRAMES BEFORE SCREWING IN! I had to put together and take apart the pieces of the frame to fix the alignment of the screw holes a few times since the directions are small pictures so it’s a little hard to see where they go. Here are some tips that will make putting it together quicker!: 1. Highly recommend reviewing all the steps first before hand as it really helps you sort out the positioning of the frame pieces !! (I would’ve saved so much time if I did this) 2. Also build one desk at a time then move into the location you want it before connecting them! 3. There are no instructions for how to assemble or properly attach the bracket. The bits that attach it to the desk just snap onto it and you want to make sure the bottom one is pointing down so the desk will sit flat (pictured above) 4. Work on a hard level surface as on carpet I had issues with getting all the table tops level with one another 5. The screws are alphabetical KEEP THEM THAT WAY or at least in the bags so you don’t mix them up 🤣 6. A second pair of hands is helpful! It can be put together with one person but it’s so much faster when two can work on ALL the screws.

Got what I wanted. Would recommend if these are the features you want.
Great Double desk for the price if you are looking for all of these features. Sturdy, looks great, "easy essembly", computer shelf, desk for keyboard & still have writing space, drawing table, "bookshelf", raised monitor shelf, leg rests, cable management, and in L shape does not feel too large. There were only a couple flaws I noticed after recieving the desk. One with the people who shipped it and others from manufacturer. Pros. - Looks great. Simple design that fits well in a room of the proper size. - Size of writing space & open desk even when in use is great. - Two desks in 1. The corner piece feels study enough to put a heavy items on. (Have not tried separating it yet so that might be an issue later down the road.) - Computer shelf for me was a "tight" fit. Measured everything & there are 2-3 fingers width of space from the top shelf & side bars so it slides right in but forgot to consider that I have usb cables top front of the computer case forcing me to scoot the computer case a bit forward off the bottom. No stability issues, just a thing to consider if you are going from an open top desk to a computer shelf. - Drawing table is sturdy & seems to be durable. - The bars on the Legs of the desk are decent foot rests. Good height if you want to put them up or just a bit. - also provides good cable management lines. Was able to tie my computer cables along the side & main bottom bar pretty cleanly. -"Bookshelf" is ok. A good little extra shelving/space addition. -Decently Scratch proof. Not really "Scratch proof" is just hard to see unless the light hits them just right. - Fits a 16ft rgbic light strip quite nicely on the underside of the desk & where it is kept out of the way when in use. - Good height for someone who is 6ft. Can also put chair at top height and it still slides into the desk -Looked like the outside of the box was beat up decently but did not find any scratches or dents on the desk related to that cardboard damage & the packaging was easy enough to organize. Cons. - the hole in my computer desk is cut incorrectly & same with one of the holes for a screw. Looks like both were off just a little bit. However that made it so I cannot screw in that support right there and the "cable management hole?" Is partially blocked off by the bar(Pictures included). Does not prevent me from using the desk. Still feels stable & I was able to still put cables through the hole. Will just have to try to remeber that for when I move it in the future. & was not going to contact support, go through all that, & wait for it come in just to finish putting the desk together. Just decided to deal with it and a star off from the rating. - Not the best looking "rustic" wood finish but still looks good. Some spots I did not like how it looked but that is just a random factor. - Bookshelf. It is open ended so you will need some sort of stopper to place your books. I rested my foot on it a bit to feel how sturdy it was and it gave a little when I just put 1 foot in the middle. So have not tried putting multi pounds of books on it yet. Might just use it as a light storage shelf for now. - Assembly was ok. Not something that was difficult but not a walk in the park simple. The instructions are just a basic picture of the things that need to happen in that step. You should assemble most of the 2 desk before putting them together. Otherwise while following the basic pictures you will have to go back, disassemble part of the corner piece to connect them all together. - Not all lines and pieces are perfectly flush with eachother from manufacturer. I tried pretty hard while assembling to make it all flush & look nice so my dumb minor ocd does not catch it when in use, but some parts just did not line up perfectly. -$30 shipping. That was interesting. Arrived 5 days early & was placed at the end of my driveway out in the open Florida weather with holes/dents in the box while I was working & busy, not that bad & did not get rained on, so I guess was lucky in the end. Cool that it arrived slightly earlier in the multi weeks away scheduled date, but well it was a $30 shipping fee for a prime member in addition to warranty & tax came up to over $300 in total for an original desk price of $220 without tax. Damn should have looked at some of the $300 desks just to make sure before the purchase. - moving on to Storage & Desk Space. this is not a downside just personal feeling about it. Feels&is like a huge table but just filling that space up with stuff ends up looking cluttered. "Oh cool, I can fit my computer stuff on this one, put a drink here, some work books there & maybe a casual book down here, gotta find somewhere to put some pens or get a coffee mug to hold them, some more papers or folders here, lemme put a little desk ornament here, a candle there, just daily life things you pick up and set down as one goes about, etc etc". It looks cluttered cause well, it is. I installed 2 small shelves above my desk into the wall & it was a really great & inexpensive addition to the desk space. Can now have that little(what feels like a lot) bit of empty desk space to make it look like my desk is not an organized mess. I will be trying to install like a bottom drawer on the drawing table underside right front to put writing utensils & other things in. Others - drawing table leaver mechanic seems sturdy and reliable, only time will tell how long it lasts. - Have not tried to separate it yet. That might be a problem. - Have not gotten it wet or spilled anything on it so do not know if it will ruin or be resistance to liquids. If you are looking at the Lshaped Computer & Drawing table avaliable on Amazon. I Would recommend this one if you are looking for all these specific features in 1 package. I would rate a 3.5 star if possible. 1 off for damage, miss cut hole, & screw placement. .5 off for the cons. Make sure you measure the space you are putting the desk. I planned to purchase this desk before a move. Ended up moving to a new place and 1 wall is 5 inches too short for this big desk. So had to rotate it into the room instead of both desk against a wall. Hope this helps ya find the desk you are looking for.
