Helped During Pregnancy
I was anemic during my pregnancy and was told to take an iron supplement to help. My doctor recommending Slow Fe because it was easy to swallow, had basically no flavor and didn't seem to cause any issues for her patients. I took it and had the same results. The pills are small, easy to swallow and I had not stomach issues or reflux issues from taking it. I was able to boost my iron to a more tolerable level and have a healthy baby. I now recommend this product for anyone who is told they have to take an iron supplement. The value is pretty good and on par with most other iron supplements.

This Iron is wonderful!
I have always been Anemic. Always tired, Not much energy. I don’t like veggies. Probably has something to do with it. Traditional iron helped in energy but so hard on the guts. It was the price you had to pay for taking iron. But Slow Fe is a godsend You system doesn’t get plugged up. No bad side effects. And you well start feeling better same day. My dr suggested every other day. As iron in not recommended for senior women. My heart needs it to stay strong, I’m 70 now and recommend this product. This is the only iron I’ll take. I hope this will help you too.

Doctor Recommendation for Iron Deficiency Anemia
One of the boxes was bent but you know, packaging happens. This is great for my iron deficiency anemia. I take a Prenatal along with this (74mg total) and I feel more awake. I struggled with dizziness and lightheadedness along the way, while struggling to exercise (I’d instantly fall asleep the entire next day), and it’s very annoying. So for several months, I’ve waited to do one exercise a day and I don’t feel so tired!! It’s a miracle to me haha. My doctor recommended this and it’s a great supplement. Definitely does the job very well.

Easier on GI/stomach but constipates
Updated back to 4 out of 5 Main reason, I AM finally feeling a bit of help in my fatigue levels by taking this daily but it took a month! During this time the dark circles also got a tad better toward the end of first month supply. Started my second one. TMI: the stool however is stinkier and harder to wipe clean when on this product. Updated rating 3 out of 5 It DOES cause constipation and overall reduced and harder stool. I am no longer my 2x daily regular ... plus not feeling any energy pick up benefits from this product (yet?) for the trade offs of constipation. Previous 4 out of 5 Been taking it only a few days but compared to other iron supplements there are things I really like: 1) small pills that are easy to swallow 2) taste is tolerable 3) no GI cramping 4) no diarrhea or constipation (so far!) Does it work? Not sure yet. Other brands I more immediately felt my energy pick up (I have anemia fatigue). This has not been the case yet. Every other brand has darkened my stool or made it harder or caused constipation. This brand has done none of those. So maybe I am not really getting or absorbing the iron as well? Not sure. Maybe it takes effect later on after on it for longer? I am giving it a 4 as I cannot tell if it is doing anything (and if I feel better I will update to 5 in a few weeks). Also giving it a 4 because of the 4 pluses I listed.

Gentle on stomach
I've only been taking this medication for a few days, but I must say that I have been able to tolerate it much better than an other iron supplement. I haven't had any issues with it yet. Very gentle on the stomach (I take it after I have eaten). Jury is still out on whether it will bring my levels up, but I'm hopeful that it will. But very difficult to find in the store and seller was slower than I would have liked with shipping it. But overall, it is working well.

Works well for me.
I felt like I needed some iron. Started taking this and on the second day I felt a change in the coldness of my hands. For some reason when I am low on iron my hands get cold. This is an easy to take supplement. The pill is very small. I like that it comes in a blister pack. I will be purchasing these again. They're very affordable and great quality.

Seem to work great, and NO THEY ARE NOT HARD TO OPEN
I recently bought these to help with (what I suspect to be) iron deficiency. I've been experiencing a lot of hair loss, fatigue, issues with blood clotting, etc so I figured I would try to combat it with something natural before I went to the doctor. First: I think they work great. It hasn't been very long but I feel my energy levels returning and I think my hair loss has slowed down dramatically. I haven't noticed any GI issues but will update if things change. Second - I'm really not sure why so many grown adults on here are having trouble opening a pill package that is literally identical to any other pill package on the market. I've attached pictures. Opening these does not require a nail file or a knife or a master's degree in engineering. They are easy to open. You peel the (clearly marked) corner back and pull it open and pop the pill out. It's not hard. All in all, I think I will keep ordering these. Very glad these came up in my suggested purchases.

Ironclad!!!
If you have had problems with taking iron... look no more. I had a terrible iron deficiency due to fibroids, and was encourage to take iron supplements. The brand the doctor recommended made me sick with nausea, then these were recommended to me by a pregnant friend. Wow!!! These are amazing. No stomach discomfort, no nausea, no constipation. I take two a day and my iron levels have improved greatly over the last few weeks. I would definitely recommend.
