Best iodine supplement I have wver tried

I was a little timid to try these due to a potentially bad taste, but a couple of drops under my tongue each day isn’t bad at all! My thyroid has always tested normal, but I’ve been perma cold for as long as I can remember and our water is fluoridated where I live, so I thought I would try some of this iodine. I’m 41, so I have two questions here a month or so after daily use: I’m literally warm all the time now and it’s been a very cold summer. Is this due to the iodine or am I having menopause? 😂 It’s probably the iodine, but If so, I’m literally astounded that I had this pleasant reaction. I actually went places without a sweatshirt on for the first time in years and that is just weird for me. So far it seems to be a great product and is easily tolerable on a daily basis.

Well I’ve been taking this for exactly 4 days and one thing I’ve noticed is that my mind seems clearer, not foggy, and my body feels less aches. I don’t feel groggy or fatigue or tired for reason. That’s a huge plus for me!! I’m hoping to see an improvement in my metabolism as well. I think it’s been shot since the 80’s when i was born into a world of processed food. I’m starting a new lifestyle that will include a lot more walking. I’ve given 4 star for starters but will come back to give my ultimate review in about a month.

This seems to be good quality. It looks like it is true nascent iodine, not just potassium iodide like some other brands. And I like that it says it came from a deep earth source, which is similar to a very popular seller on a different website that has done a lot to promote the benefits of nascent iodine. However, the price for this one is much better. This is also very concentrated, so you only need a little bit rather than using a large quantity for each serving.

I was going by the reviews and the price and was definitely pleased with this product so far. I've been taking it since April 23rd and as others had written definitely noticed an increase in energy later in the day. I have been struggling with some weight gain due to medications that slow my metabolism and mess with my thyroid and thought I would give this a shot. I've already noticed losing some weight and body swelling, water retention just in the last week. And oddly enough the stuff does taste pretty good. Definitely recommend to anyone as the majority of us are all iodine deficient and have some reason or other to take it. Definitely will be reordering.
