Could I take this as a prework out ? Since it has caffeine?

You can take it before during or after your workout. I prefer at the beginning of my workout so It starts to kick in about 10-15 minutes into my workout. Sorta like a warm up then full workout.

Yea. It is High protein so it keeps you Fuller and the caffeine keeps ur heart rate in a Fat burning zone.
