Thicker than maple syrup
It’s the same as sugar in liquid form. In the 40s, we used corn syrup all the time, even in babies bottles. This is much thicker than I remember. We used to use it on pancakes. This is too thick for that. It’s worth the money. It’s just not what I was looking for.

Very low calorie seeetener
Low calorie, tasteful, works well on waffles and pancakes. Adequately sweet for all foods particularly for breakfast. A welcome product.

Works great for crystal free invert sugar
Use in conjunction with cane sugar when making my stove top invert for brewing British style beers. Invert comes out and stays crystal free.
