MTD Replacement Part Drive Control Cable

Part is perfect, seller was exceptional despite USPS issues

I found this cheaper on one website that would require me to wait 10 days with the possibility of never receiving it (based on the comments/reviews). $1.27 extra was definitely worth skipping the pain and agony that would come after dealing with said company. Used this to fix a neighbors lawnmower and they have not made their way back over to my side to ask me to fix it again. Works well.

I never received the refund. I returned the cable because it was too short. How long does it take to get the refund?

Cable broke after 3 uses. The metal wire snapped right off at the hook that attaches to the throttle bar.

I don't know that I can fairly rate ease of installation or that the cable itself could have made it any easier or less easy. It always amazes me how they come to design things as if maintenance will never need to be performed. All I can say is to get someone with small hands to help you! All in all product was as expected and is working fine.

Purchased this cable to replace the drive cable on our Yardworks lawnmower, and it is doing it job!

Not OEM part. Does not fit and looks nothing like the picture. This cable is the same as the aftermarket ones being sold for $23. Maybe one day, Amazon will start caring and take action.
