Can this be used with turbo torch rig?

After a quick search on your turbo torch, it looks like you should be good. Honestly, I didn't look at connector size or thread pitch, but adapters should be easy to find at most hardware or welding shops.

The little torch comes with six different tips with seperate pressure requirements for each. how do i know the gas pressure for this product?

One doesn’t need to measure nor know the pressure at the tip, which is mostly a function of how you adjust your flame size with the controls at the torch (Not the tank). As Brian noted, the regulator works fine for anything you’ll be doing within the capabilities of the little torch. I have had no problems other than my old regulator started to fail to open at all. Ergo, I replaced it with this Smith. Worked just fine now.

Can I use this with any other fuel gases?

Yes, It will work on any bottled fuel gas that it can attach to.
