Yes. All Samurai Kurobushi spray paints are petrol/gasoline resistant. For fuel tank you can use 109A Flat Black as it will give the same but smoother matt finish with cheaper price. But if you want H2 Hi temp Black can also be used.

Is it food grade safe? I want tonise it for painting my gas stove

No it is not food safe but you can use it on the gas stove.
