Okay hear me out. I bought 4 different grips for a bunch of controllers that I own. I tried Kontrol Freaks, 2 other off brands sold on amazon. and Skull and Co. My favorite grips were the off brands at first. Then I bought these Skull and Co.....AND THEY ARE THE WINNERS. I personally really disliked the Kontrol Freaks. I don't think they last long, and the feel isn't good. They are also too dramatic when it comes to height. Skull and co in comparison is durable! The grip is beautiful! It feels so good on my fingers! Long sessions are a pleasure. The height is PERFECT! Not too dramatic, and just right. You can even stack them if you DO need the dramatic height. They are also very snug and easy to put on. I ended up using all the grips in combinations. The right stick always has to be higher than the left stick to help your aim be better. 10/10 Skull and co is a high quality company. I'm glad I stumbled upon this brand. I'm very picky with my grips. Check out their dock as well if you are looking for one. These guys have gamers in mind.

Popped the CQC grips on my Joy-Cons—thumbsticks feel taller, aim in Warzone is way tighter. Skins add grip without bulk. Easy to place on once you understand how to do it. Still use them today. Great on PS5 Controller. I have tall one on the right and short on the left stick. I like these. Not too overtop like other covers. More basic design. Pros: Improves precision Easy on/off 3 heights included Cons: can slide off sometimes Recommendation: YES, BUY – Cheap upgrade for shooters.

They fit perfectly on both my Flydigi Vader 5 Pro and 8bitdo Ultimate 2C. They don't slip at all. Don't pay big bucks for Kontrol Freeks! This comes with THREE sets/styles to fit your playstyle. They're all nice, but I like the Skin ones best. Great deal for $10.

So far they are good. The quality feels less than other thumb grips, but they work as intended and do a good job at protecting your analog sticks.

Original rubber grip on my Xbox One controller's left joystick finally came off after hard use in driving games. Bought these for the rubber caps to slip over my left joystick so it would be grippy again and not have to feel that slick black plastic against my thumb which would constantly slip off. 10/10 and snug fit!

It's safe to say that the rubber grip on the Xbox one thumbsticks just isn't built to last. The new generation of controller that the series S and X use does not fare better in this regard. It's normal for them to break down and peel. The question at that point that you have to ask is "how do I slow or prevent this?" Well, you can start with these grips. When I picked up my new controller I was aware that this was going to be an issue so I ordered some more thumbstick caps from skull and Co. There's really not much to report. They are made of a way more durable style of rubber and they come in 3 varieties. I went with the rounded cap because they come close to mimicking the original without compromising anything. The texture on the outer rim is grippy and comfortable to rest my thumb on. Skull and Co does a good job as per usual. They fit all styles of current and last gen Xbox controller. Outstanding.

It does fine due to the rubber coming off my controller, but the fit is a bit weird and isn’t as smooth as I would like it to be. If you don’t want to have to replace the thumb stick or buy a new controller this is a fix for that issue.

Used on Xbox and 8BitDo controller, been working great past month. Highest thumb stick popped off a couple of time on 8BitDo Controller but nothing unmanageable.

Good quality, feels good and doesn't fall off. I am happy that I could give my xbox controller new "socks" as I call them.

Great fit and good tactile feel, personal favorite is the skin tight fit as shown in the photo. Will both protect the caps of your sticks, but more importantly to me - they give better ergonomics. Can be combined as you like.

My azeron cyborg thumb stick (default version) was wearing out after a year (the top is rubber and was deforming quite badly). Popped this on and it was like brand new again. Fits perfectly with no wiggle room, does not slip or rotate. In fact I'd argue that it's better than the original as my thumb no longer slips off and it's much more durable. Highly recommend for cyborg users! Probably the only option as well since shipping and duties for the cyborg/cyborg accessories in Canada will make you cry anyway.
