Is there a add on room tent for this size?

Short answer: No. I ordered the awning room that is advertised with this particular model on Amazon, and it is the wrong size. I'm returning it today. That feels a little like misleading advertising.

How would you mount this to a roof rack? A circular one like the Yakima Loadwarrior

If you have mounts for the awning then yes.

Will this mount to a Prinsu Roof Rack?

Anything mounts to a Prinsu rack. I would be aware that mounting these to any kind of roof system almost always needs some modification or custom bracket.
