No >>> information on the label pertaining to where this product was manufactured ???? I must say, it is a very nice product !! Extremely well constructed, top of the line !! >>> NOTE >>> this strap is not to be used for >>> lifting >> towing<<< period !! That's on the label !!!!!

Q: Can this be used for towing broke down vehicles a good distance? If not what would be a good strap to do so? (20ft is to long)

If you want to ruin an expensive strap dragging it down the road. AAA membership or a tow truck might be cheaper

Q: Can two of these straps (one around each axle) hold the front of a semi tractor in the air?

The straps are rated at 12,000kg so 2 x = 24,000 kgs - if you are lifting less should be ok.
