Meh
It didn’t really do anything at all for my pain, didn’t help with sleep or anxiety. Kind of a waste of money. Wild lettuce is better.

I got these to help with sleep and they didn't help at all. For anxiety relief ashwagandha and cbd work much better

good alternative pain relief
I have tried this product as an alternative to main stream pain relief to assist with inflammatory arthritis . I found that this product does in deed give some pain relief similar to taking simple analgesia . I ordered another bottle and although my order in my account says that its been delivered, it has not - ive been waiting weeks for the package to arrive but looks like i now wont get it. I recommend the product though. Edit - i tried to contact the company through amazon with no results - so ive lost this order.
