Good multivitamin
I’ve been taking these for a couple of years now. I have no problem swallowing it but it is quite large like multivitamins in general.

I have an allergy to corn and quite a few OTC supplements have corn in them. For a while I couldn't find a multivitamin that was corn free until I cam across this one. It is nearly a year's supply which makes it a great buy at one a day. Plus, the added bonus of being a multimineral supplement.
