what is the thickness in mm or inches?

I don’t know the actual thickness. I think it’s just right though. Not thin. Have been using for months and in perfect shape! Wash it wish liquid dish soap or Clorox bleach spray. I would recommend it. Saves your tablecloths!

Im looking for a clear tablecloth protector that seats 4to 6 people

Its round and seats 4 to 6 people

food grade.. I don't know what does this means. But this table cover protector is okay okay. It gets kind of crease waves on its own.
