Super high in B12!
These are a great crisp replacement for anyone counting marcos and nutrients. There is approx 100 Cals per pack and they are super high in B12 (71% of my daily amount) and decent fibre (10% of my daily amount). Obviously this isn’t brocalli in terms of full nutrition but for my husband and I who are tracking calories, macros and nutrients, these are great snacks to have in the house or take with us on a long car journey. They also curb my love of eating crispy things. There are a very satisfying crunch. The sea salt is my favourite flavour but these cheesy ones are a close second :P.

Cheese seweed, who'd have thought they go
Surprisingly tasty, the other flavour salt and viniger is great also, of you need extra iodine etc in your body, and not a fan of sea weed this is great alternative

Really disgustingly fishy
The first taste is nice, the 'cheese' coating, but then the disgusting true taste comes through. I like seaweed, but these taste nothing like it. They are really oily, fishy tasting, like anchovies. As a vegan they really grossed me out.

These are delicious
If you’re someone who loves salty, crunchy snacks but without packing on all the fat and calories of crisps, these are perfect. Nice and light and crispy with cheesy flavour. I’m absolutely hooked.

Abacus seaweed crisps
I love these. Love them love them. I like the feeling that I’m giving my body something good as well as liking the taste. Are they good value for money? If you’re not bothered about snacks being relatively healthy, or if you can eat anything, probably not. For someone who can’t eat wheat or dairy and is a bit of a health nut,you’ll probably pay for a bit of niceness.

Wer auf den Geschmack von Algen und Käse steht, sollte dieses Produkt probieren. Es ist schön knusprig und im Geschmack super. Ich esse es bei der Arbeit als kleiner Snack zwischen durch.
