Excellent Coffee Canister for Keeping Beans Fresh
The AirScape Planetary Design stainless steel coffee canister works extremely well for keeping coffee fresh longer. The airtight inner lid pushes excess air out of the container, which really helps preserve the flavor and aroma of the beans compared to regular storage containers. The stainless steel design looks sleek and modern on the kitchen counter, and the build quality feels very durable and premium. I also like how easy it is to use โ the lid seals securely while still opening smoothly when needed. Itโs great for both whole beans and ground coffee. Overall, this canister combines functionality, quality, and style perfectly. A great investment for coffee lovers who want fresher coffee and better storage.

The best way to store your beans for daily use
Other companies make different vacuum seal containers - Fellow even has one with an electric pump. But this one is just stupid easy to use and pushes out 95% of the air. It's the one container that's really aligned towards daily use without being annoying. Pull up on handle, get access to coffee. Push down on handle and fold down when done, push excess air out of container and keep beans fresh. Yes, yes, it's leaving some air in the beans. You need to suck air out to solve for that and I'm just not gonna run a pump every single day. I'm too lazy. So this gets the job mostly done in 1 second, which is about how much time I'm willing to devote to the task. Especially before I've had morning coffee. It's an especially attractive container, in sleek black, has a second lid that helps prevent air/junk from getting back into the container. It holds just over 1lb of beans, so you aren't worried about "will this bag fit?" We have one for espresso and one for coffee. The older one we've had for ~8 years and it's still sealing just fine. Yeah, it's a bit pricey at $30 for a glorified canister, but it does its job of keeping coffee beans fresh especially well and when you're paying $20 a pound for coffee, don't you want it to be fresh a week after opening the bag? Honestly, none of us are going through a pound a day so we need to think about storage.

Keeps the contents fully fresh and is easy to use!
Fully recommend. We bought one of these a few months ago to try, and it has been so good and easy to use that we just recently purchased two more. Yes, these are very expensive, however, we have not found any other one as high quality as these, and has worked as perfectly as these. We use these for coffee beans, but I expect they would work just as well with grains or other similar foods. These have worked great to keep the contents fresh and that is most important. These have kept the coffee fully fresh for many months; fresh as new, big difference from storing in the original coffee bags. These are also very easy to use; no issue removing the lid and you can definitely hear the "swoosh" sound as described, removes the air and keeps it out. Another benefit is that these make it very easy to scoop out the coffee, even when it it nearly empty.

This is by far the best coffee canister. The lid seals perfectly. Love the stainless steel look, very chic. Keeping the coffee fresh is a plus.

Great air-removal design, but the premium price raises expectations
I really wanted to love this AirScape canister, and there are definitely things it does very well. The matte black finish looks great on my coffee bar and the inner plunger lid is genuinely useful. For coffee bean storage, I really like the idea of pushing out excess air instead of just relying on a standard airtight container. That part of the design feels smart and effective. Where Iโm a little more mixed is the overall value. This is priced like a premium coffee storage product, but the canister itself does not feel quite as premium as I expected. It is fairly light and thin, and it feels like something that could scratch or dent if you are not careful. To be clear, it does not feel cheap exactly, but it also does not feel as substantial as the price might suggest. You are definitely not buying something with a heavy-duty Yeti-like feel. I was also a little surprised by the manufacturing. I had seen โMade in Montanaโ when looking up the brand, but the unit I received says โMade responsibly in China.โ That may not matter to everyone, but it did affect my expectations a bit, especially at this price point. The inner lid is the best part of the product, and I do think it works well for reducing air exposure. That said, for the price, I wish the CO2 burping lid were included rather than sold separately. The add-on lid costs a significant amount compared with the canister itself, which makes the overall value feel less compelling. Overall, I like the canister and may continue using it, but I think the price is the main issue. If it were a little less expensive, felt a bit more substantial, or included the CO2 lid, I would feel much better about the purchase. It is a good product with a clever design, but not quite the premium value I was hoping for.

Absolutely the Best Coffee Storage Iโve Ever Used
Iโve purchased this Airscape canister twice now, and thereโs a reason I keep coming backโit actually works exactly as advertised. The build quality is outstanding: the stainless steel feels solid, the matte black finish looks sleek on the counter, and itโs easy to keep clean. The real star of the show is the inner plunger lid. Unlike regular โairtightโ containers that trap air inside with your coffee, this one physically pushes the air out every time you press it down. You can literally hear the air being forced out. Because of that, my beans stay noticeably fresher for much longer. The aroma, the oils, and the flavor all last significantly beyond what I get using normal airtight jars or bags. I use it mainly for whole beans, and the medium size is perfectโit holds plenty without taking up too much space. The outer lid snaps on smoothly, the inner lid glides easily, and nothing feels cheap or flimsy. If youโre serious about keeping your coffee fresh or you just want a container that looks great and performs even better, this is worth every penny. After using it for months, I can confidently say itโs one of the best coffee-related purchases Iโve made. Highly recommended.

Stylish, stackable, and easy to use
It takes a bit of elbow grease to open the containers once sealed, but that's a good thing. These containers give me confidence that my beans will stay fresh for weeks longer than they would just hanging out in a bag. I'm not a fan of freezing beans so keeping them in evacuated containers is a great middle ground. Time will tell if they preserve my beans how I expect. But for now, they're very stylish and appear to do the job very well. And it's nice to hear and feel the air forced out of the container when I seal it.
