Great physio for lower back pain.

Good sturdy, doesn't deflate when pumped up

This is very good product and I’m quite happy I bought it. I have muscle weakness, I’m finding it useful with correcting my posture and reducing back pain. I’m using it everyday, I stand on it and try to keep my balance. I just wished the item was a bit wider as it would’ve made it safer and easier to use. when feet are too close to each other keeping your balance is harder. Overall I highly recommend to seniors and people who have musculoskeletal health issues.

I've got three of these now! Really helps with my sciatica / piriformis syndrome and I take one wherever I go. Like the fact that it comes ready inflated and I don't have to guess what degree of inflation is needed. Husband is also using one now following a recent back operation and it helps him take the load off his spine while keeping his back straight.

Purchase this for my kiddo who has a hard time sitting still at the dinner table- I had to get a second one for my other kid as it was a hit! They can wiggle but stay longer on their chairs now without spilling their food etc. AND, they double for them as stepping ‘stones’ during play time. As an adult I’ve sat on them on a chair at the table and it helps my back and is okay for comfort, I’ve also used for workout purposes, so on multiple levels it was a good buy. Comes with an air pump and needle- it comes partially inflated- actually the right size for the kids. I’ve cleaned it a couple times just in the sink with soap and water and a scrub brush- does the trick!
