I am so grateful for this product we bought a 1950s house and one window was missing the crank, I was grateful that I could find it on Amazon. It’s a very good quality. The handle quality is amazing. It fits onto a star shape bolt that it cranks with, the color matched perfectly. I had to replace one that was gone. I didn’t even know what was originally there. I am so grateful that this product works so we can open the window. I could not believe that we could find our replacement part for such a good price and it was a great value for the money money

Installed both of these on my 400 series Andres casement windows today, Fit on the casement mechanism spline shaft was problematic (yes...set screw was backed out first), both had female spline area gummed up with paint and casting metal. Used an old knife to clean up the splines on one handle and got it to slide down the spline shaft with some force. The other took longer to clean up the splines and more force , but eventually slid down the shaft. The only other complaint was that the 'bead' you grab to crank window mechanism spins very roughly on the shaft of the casting. This I expect will eventually wear in so that it spins smoother. These were cheap....I made up for it in the labor needed to install these. Quality control is poor on these. I would not purchase again

this replaces the handle for my old window, looks good to.

Fits most any window that is designed for this type of handle, but it wobbles no matter how much you tighten the screw that secures the handle in place. Keep looking; you can get better for a similar price.
