This book is stunning! The cover art is printed on the cover, so there is no dust jacket and the book will stay nice. The illustrations are beautiful, with thick pages and gorgeous illustrations. It describes the origins and meaning of each flower type and makes suggestions for pairing it with other flowers. It gives me a sense of renewal during this unsettling time. I'm keeping it on my nightstand so I can flip through it before bedtime. It would make a beautiful gift.

I totally judged this book by its cover! I hadn't even heard of it before, saw it in a targeted ad, and purchased four copies! It's absolutely breathtaking and I immediately thought of others who would love it! The illustrations are perfect for Nature Study inspiration, and the text offers something unique and unexpected - each full-spread page is a monograph focused specifically on a the meanings and history of each flower, and even how to pair them with others to create a heartfelt bouquet. Be aware that there's a little bit of mysticism included, but nothing that I would be worried to share with my children in historical context

I NEVER write reviews but I think this book deserves more attention. I loved it, the illustrations throughout the book where beautiful, the amount of flowers and bouquets included was crazy, the information was very interesting and intriguing and it gave me something to read and study for the next few weeks :) (not to mention the book is holding up very well, you can tell it is high quality) Thank you for writing this book! All of my friends love hearing about the origins of their favorite flowers and I might even start sending people bouquets to send them a message just for the fun of it! :)

This beautiful book has wonderful illustrations of each flower on each two page layout, with the lore/history of why the flower represents the emotion/message of the flower. This is exactly what I wanted it to be. Lovely! Have purchased additional copies for gifts.

I gobbled this book up as soon as it got to me. I find the information extremely interesting. I so greatly enjoyed learning the old meanings that flowers had. This book is dear to me and I cant wait to share it with my plant friends because I know they will hold it so dearly as well. Thank you Jessica, what a treat.🥰

I've been a fan of Jessica's work for years, and have many of her prints hanging in my home. I was SO excited when she announced this book and pre-ordered it right away. Each illustration is simply gorgeous and the accompanying info about the flowers is intriguing, well-written, and concise. I'll be keeping my copy displayed on the coffee table, and plan to order many more copies as holiday gifts for the flower lovers in my life!

This is a lovely book. However, I was so disappointed in the condition of the book. The back cover had a tear in it. As the packaging was perfect I can only assume it was damaged before it was sent out.Why didn't I send it back? Well the content was a joy and the rest of the book was undamaged. If if had been a present, I would have returned like a shot.
