Wasabi Power Battery (2-Pack) and Charger for Kodak KLIC-7006, LB-012 and Kodak PIXPRO FZ55, FZ53

These Wasabi batteries (with included Wasabi charger) power my Kodak Easyshare M580 camera. I like that this is a two-pack of batteries with a charger. I keep one charged battery in the camera and one charged battery in the camera case, so I can continue taking pictures when I have exhausted the charge on the first battery; that way, I can continue capturing the moment without the disappointment of having to stop because I have only one charged battery. The charger works consistently well and the batteries charge in less than an hour. I use this camera in extremes of heat and cold; other batteries don't last very long. The Wasabi batteries give my camera charge for many pictures, and lots of flash, before they are depleted. It would be impossible to give an exact figure of how many pictures I can take before the battery is out of charge (due to varying conditions for each shot), but a guessimate would be an average of at least 50 images. Of course, rechargeable batteries age and you get fewer shots with each fresh charge, but I find that under the harsh conditions in which I've used these batteries, I get about 3 years of use before I'm down to just a few images with each charge, and it's time to search for fresh batteries. I return to Blue Nook for the replacements because it has the best package deal of 2 batteries and a charger. You just can't beat it. Eventually, I'll have to give up this camera, but I expect that Blue Nook will have the batteries and charger that I need for future cameras. Thanks, Blue Nook!

Wasabi products are a great alternative to the more expensive OEM batteries.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have a Kodak pixpro FZ55 and wanted a simple way to charge my camera’s battery. I chose this one because it comes with two other batteries that are compatible with the camera. Fit: This battery charger worked perfectly for my Kodak camera. Functionality: It is super easy to charge your batteries and they charge fairly quick

good for what it is, it’s good when your just taking pictures, but if you’re doing videos it drains faster.

Instructions are hard to follow

I recently fell into the digicam craze, not in the way “influencers” have been using them. I got a hold of my dad’s old camera and naturally the battery was dead, so I found these replacements and they work perfectly. They hold a charge longer than I thought they would and they helped me travel a bit back to my childhood, when my dad was continuously snapping photos of everything. He took this camera to Afghanistan and Iraq, the thought that I now can use something that meant a lot to him, is worth buying as many of these incredible batteries as possible to keep that idea going. Sounds weird to be cheesy over a battery, but it makes sense to me.

Will charge my granddaughter's camera.
