Tastes just like a premium candy bar. Not too much crunch only a few crunchy bits, lots and lots of caramel, creamy delicious European chocolate. There's so much caramel that a lot of them had caramel leaking out onto the package. It's so good that I feel like I'm cheating on my diet everytime I eat one. Unlike Quest bars, which used to be my favorite, this has zero gritty chew like all protein bars. This is a straight up protein bar disguised as a Whatchamacallit!!! The premium chocolate melts in your hand too even if you hold the bar by the wrapper. I make sure I don't use my fingers, but cradle it with my palm. I'm buying another 2 boxes. It's that good.

Super delicious way to aid in hitting your protein for the day. I bought these full price, with no exchange for a review. Pros: - Lots of protein, good amount of fiber, and low carb - Personally, haven't had have any adverse digestive issues when eating 1 - Smooth texture, not gritty or chalky like some protein bars - Reasonable amount of calories given the size of the bar and the taste - Excellent taste - Kept me full for a while - Reasonable price given the taste and protein content Cons: None I've encountered so far. Going forward this will definitely be my go-to protein bar. 10/10, will buy again.

This protein bar tastes great, it might as well be candy! And it's due to sweeteners that are mostly all diets friendly. I'd buy this as my main protein bar if it wasn't for one huge problem. The bars I buy are equivalent in nutrients and are less than a dollar each. These are almost $3 each, I just can't find 3x the value in better taste when I'm going through them as a regular source of protein. If you've got money to spare I recommend them. If they were to come down to $1.5 each I'd be in!

It taste really good

I don't see what is so great about this bar vs the dozens of others. It has the same blah "protein" taste, contains Maltitol (which gives me bad IBS, and has about the same affect on blood glucose levels as sugar does), and costs way more than the others. Yes, it has some crispy stuff that sort of breaks up the normal clay-like consistency of the protein bar, but it tastes essentially the same as the others. Everyone has their own taste buds and preferences, but for me these are nowhere near a 5 star.

I have purchased a box of this product 3 times . The very first box I purchased , the product was fine . Just a regular , standard protein bar , nothing out of this world . The second box I purchased , was the caramel flavored one . Something must have gone wrong in the process , because the caramel wasn't "caked" on properly on the bars . They were still edible , but it was obvious that the bars didn't come out like they were supposed to . Every single bar in that box was warped or deformed . My third box was the Cookies and Cream flavor . I bit into one yesterday and unfortunately bit into a hard as a rock cookie piece. I immediately spit out the cookie piece but the damage was done , it has shipped one my teeth . Thank God I was eating slowly , because I could have cracked my tooth entirely had I bit too hard . I cannot recommend this product as it's obvious there's manufacturing issues with it .

I am a salted caramel freak so this protein bar checks all the boxes. Had my first taste after a huge hike on Ben Nevis in Scotland and should have bought the whole box there. Sometimes they do arrive a little white but that's just the nature of chocolate when it changes temps. It still tastes great. Stick them in the fridge for an even better treat. Shipped from the UK so it does take some time, but so worth it.

Great tasting protein bar. I'd also recommend COMBAT and QUEST bars. The Grenade bars shipped in a box with insulation and cool-packs and were cold to the touch upon arrival! Very impressed! The bars are low calorie, high protein, and taste good. Great meal replacement or mid-meal snack depending on your fitness goals. I like that they aren't messy to eat. The COMBAT bars are a little crumbly sometimes. If you're eating in the car or on the go, it's nice that they don't get all over everything. Can't think of any cons or complaints at all. Wish Grenade would introduce additional flavors.
