One of the best cleanses! Gentle. No stomach pain. Our family uses this on a regular basis for days when things aren't moving as they should. We take 1 or 2 capsules at bedtime and things get back to normal the next day.

About 6 months ago I started taking a medication that dries out your mucus membranes (mouth, nose, bowels etc) so I've been having a little constipation. I've tried a few different remedies but I didn't like them for various reasons. Tried this last night and wow, really happy with the results. It's very gentle, like having a normal bowel movement. No cramping or pain, and it works overnight just as advertised. I finally feel like I have a sustainable method for helping with this side effect.

What kind of sorcery is this?? You need to buy this! I had a gastric bypass 8 years ago and had a baby 2 years ago. I gained some weight and wanted to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight so started a GLP-1. Between the GLP-1 and Bypass, I became severely constipated. I was taking Docolax 4 times a day, 2 cap fulls of Mirlax, drinking prune juice, coffee and water like their was no tomorrow. Nothing helped! I ended up having to do enemas ever other day and even then, it barley helped. A friend recommended this product and I was desperat to try anything so bought it. It worked the next day! I took 1 tablet for the first 2 days and on day 3-4 took 2. I have to go back to 1 because its working too well. Hahaha I'll take it. No more bloat, not more gas pains, no more stomach aches. Its all gone. I wish someone would have told me about this 8 years ago after my Gastic Bypass. Its worth its weight in Gold! Buy it!!!!

Omg!! If you need help having a bm (especially those who are on glp1), this is the ONLY thing that helped me. No diaherra, no cramping. Just relief!!!!! Having a normal poop vs rabbit pellets.

I take 3 to 5 capsules right before bedtime, and in the morning i get a gentle but thorough cleansing. I've recommended this product to several family and friends and they all love it.
