Deva Vegan Multivitamin & Mineral Supplement, Tiny Tablets, Easy to Swallow, 90 Tablets

I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome which a food allergy to all mammal and mammalian products and was beginning to worry about my vitamin B levels. I picked this multivitamin because I've used other DEVA supplements and like them. They are vegan which means they are alpha-gal friendly. They are tiny and easy to swallow. Before I got alpha gal I used only gummy vitamins because I had trouble swallowing the giant pills and often got sick and vomited if I took them. I have not had this problem and they seem to be helping my energy levels.

I bought these with the Deva calcium . These have 100 percent dv of many nutrients and they’re small and easy to swallow . I like these and with the Deva calcium too I feel great already .

These vegan vitamins are good. They are tiny because they don't have a lot of fillers in them. I will order again & I do recommend this seller & their vitamins.

Fair price for a tiny pill packed with all your daily vitamins. I really like that these tablets are pea sized, unlike nearly every other multivitamin. The taste is minimal and it’s easy to swallow. Hopefully these will get my blood levels up and support my health and energy.

Great product! I have difficulty swallowing huge pills—this multivitamin is bigger than a baby aspirin but smaller than a regular aspirin and very easy to swallow. Happy I found it.

I've been a vegetarian for several years and although vegetarians can obtain all nutrients from their diet, I'm also lactose intolerant and so I can't consume a lot of dairy. A recent blood test revealed I was borderline iron deficient. I have been taking separate supplements for B12, iron, folate, and Vitamins C and D. Deva Vegan Vitamins allows me to replace several supplements with a single small pill that is easy to take. It also has a number of other nutrients that are needed for good health. I'm a strong believer in trying to get nutrients primarily from diet rather than supplements, and so I'm happy that although this product has a large number of nutrients, they are relatively moderate doses so I don't have to be concerned about megadosing / overdosing on some nutrients. All of the nutrients are 100% DV or less, which makes me feel like the product is safer than some other products that advertise several hundred or thousand times the % DV, which can be unsafe for nutrients like Vitamin E, Iron, and some B vitamins. Also Deva's Vitamin A is actually the beta carotene precursor, which is much safer than direct Vitamin A itself and essentially eliminates any potential for Vitamin A overdose because of how the body utilizes beta carotene. I'm just happy to be able to replace multiple pills with a single one that is also more affordable.

I do not know how effective it is yet as i’ve just received it. But it is easy for me to swallow compared to other multivitamin tablets. It does smell, but that’s fine to me. Taste like a regular multivitamin tablet too. I attached some pics so others know the size and thickness of it (in order from left to right: centrum women multivitamin, ibuprofen, this product and bayer’s aspirin). It’s quite similar in size to an ibuprofen tablet but slightly smaller and thicker

This is best multivitamin tablets. Highly recommend it.

2nd week of consumption so I don't know what to write. I bought this for the objective of general supplement for my 20+ years of vegetarian.
