I LOVE THIS KEYBOARD!!!
After I tried out my friend's mechanical keyboard, typing was never the same on my old membrane keyboard. I did some looking around and found that all of the popular brands (Corsair, Razer, Logitech) were out of my budget of $50. So I looked at the lower priced and not as well known brands. Redragon made a good keyboard but they had green imitations when I wanted blues and they didn't have a full number pad for under $50. The next brand I looked at was AULA. People were saying that they made good keyboards, but the keyboards that they made did not have the proper U.S. key format (the enter button extended upwards). I was losing hope quickly until I found this keyboard. I read some of the reviews and people were saying that it was a very good keyboard and very similar to the cherry MX blues. So, I took the plunge and bought the keyboard. It came in a plain brown box with a label attached to it that displayed the keyboard and the brand. The look is very clean and simple. PROS: -Very bright backlight due to the aluminium backplate -very nice tactile feel -the noise is nice and loud -looks like it costs more than it actually does because of the aluminium backplate, the matte black keys, and the blue lighting -windows lock button -gaming mode where you can switch WASD and the arrow keys CONS -No dedicated volume button or scroll wheel instead of pressing F2 and F3 al the time -I feel that the white labels on the keys are going to fade away but only time will tell -does not come with a wrist rest Do not be fooled by the name "office/industrial keyboard" because this keyboard is great for gaming sessions too! I have used it countless amounts of times and all of the features actually work and are useful! In conclusion, this keyboard is well worth the money and I can't recommend it enough.

Great keyboard. Would definitely buy again.
This was a pretty phenomenal keyboard. I have 2 mechanical keyboards, one being a Ducky one tk, and this is the other one. If you are looking for a budget mechanical keyboard, this is it. I would pit it against a lot of keyboards costing twice as much. The construction is super solid and it feels like you could take this keyboard into battle and beat people over the head with it, then come home and finish typing your essay. If you are switching from a rubber dome keyboard, you will not notice the difference between these mechanical switches and cherry switches. I almost gave it 4 stars because at one point, my 'P' key would only work intermittently, but for some reason that seems to have fixed itself. For the money, I would say this is the best keyboard you can buy bar - none. If you plan to use this in an office or somewhere where people are doing things and don't want to hear the keys, make sure to also go over to the hearing protection and buy some industrial grade ear protection because this thing is loud. It did not really bother me at all that it is loud, but for some people that may be a concern. You may have heard cherry blue switches before and thought "These aren't too bad", but listen to me saying: this is the loudest keyboard I have ever heard, let alone owned. If you decide to buy this, you are definitely in for a treat. The keycaps are also not bad at all. They are ergonomically designed and suit my hands great. There is minimal wiggle on the caps as well. However, they are slightly thin for my liking (My Ducky keyboard spoils me with the thick PBT keycaps). All these are just minor things thought really and I cannot complain about that for the money you pay for this. Fantastic deal, would recommend buying so long as you are aware of the loudness of the switches when typing.

Good Product for the price-funny metallic ringing sound detracts
I like the clickiness of mechanical keyboards. I learned office computing on the keyboard that came with the original IBM PC/XT (and also on the many different keyboards that came with early Macintoshes). The IBM was my favorite: it was heavy and solid: you could hammer nails with it. This Eagletech keyboard is well made, and has a nice, light touch. The keys themselves are not excessively noisy, and do not require the pounding I give them to work well. I installed "O" rings to cut down on an irritating "hollow" ringing sound that seems to emanates from the aluminum faceplate. This was not successful, though the silicone rings cushion the pounding I give the keys, and reduce the noise I make bottoming the keys out. The silicone rings are clear, so they do not interfere with the backlight. This, and the mechanical key action were big selling points for the keyboard, and I have not been disappointed. I also like the appearance and solidity of the aluminum fascia, though I don't like the ringing noise of the keyboard. It is faint enough that I expect I will stop noticing it, but I wish I didn't have to. I would really like to be able to reprogram the function keys (F1-F12) so that I could use single key presses to raise, lower and mute sound with one hand. But, if the keyboard lasts, I think it is a real bargain - very nice looking, very good performance, and exactly the key action I was looking for.

Given the price, I was expecting there to be something disappointing about this keyboard, but I'm absolutely thrilled with it. It feels great to type on, and it works great so far. I picked up the Blue LED Backlight version to use at home, and the Black (no backlight) version to bring to the office, and they're both great. The metal body gives this a very sturdy look and feel, and is quite eye-catching. It should be quite easy to clean, given the way the keys protrude up from the keyboard. The keyboard comes in a brown box, with a large sticker on the front to indicate which keyboard is inside. It's a very wholesale-style package, but I certainly don't mind that they chose not to waste money on a glossy box. As for nit-picks, the font they used on the keys for the backlit version definitely wouldn't have been my first choice, but I knew exactly what I was getting from their pictures, so I can't really complain about that. The non-backlit version has a very clean and classy look to it, though. I also find the WASD written on the numpad keys to be a bit unnecessary, but I guess some people might like it. The plastic portion of the USB connection is also much longer than I was expecting, but you'd have to have a pretty cramped setup for the length of the plug to cause issues for you. All things considered, this is a great keyboard, at a fantastic price. If you're like I was, and you're looking at this keyboard and wondering what the catch is, I feel I can say fairly confidently that you'll be pleased with this purchase. It may come in an unassuming brown box, but there's nothing cheap about the keyboard inside.

Bought for my father who was after a backlit keyboard. The backlight colour did not provide good contrast and the action was 'odd' for him. Bought a Logitech G413 Silver instead and he loves it.

A nice keyboard, has 3 colours (red, purple and blue), various levels of dimmability. I find typing quite noisy, as the keys click quite loudly when typing. Overall though, a good keyboard.
