Ahh the joy of parenthood and the wonderful world of traveling with your kids (aka nightmare fuel) However on this weeks show were going to focus on STROLLERS! Anyhow like any parent knows strollers are the lynch pin of travel and the facilitator of baby and all things needed for baby! That being said there are thousands of strollers to choose from. Everything from running, to portable to transistion to even triple and quadruple. The biggest mistake being a new parent was not originally investing in a travel stroller. We felt that they wouldnt hold enough and werent robust enough for Jr. We liked the rolls royce of strollers we had at home. However travelling with it was a disaster. Its sheer size took up a majority of the back of our car/suv. Leaving not much room for anything else. So wel finally broke down and got a travel one.... We started off with a competitors stroller from another VERY big name that was also incredibly expensive. Fun tip! Cost of strollers does not equal quality by any stretch. This (name redacted) stroller was well into the 800's and lasted about equal time in seconds. And of course it failed at the worst of times while we were out at the mall a solid 2 miles from our car. So scratch that one, and onto the next. This go around we went with this Cybex umbrella stroller. It was quite a bit smaller than the last travel one, but it did take up much less room! Which allowed us to pack more of Jr's stuff (and our own). First appearances are pretty disappointing as its a very lightweight small wheeled stroller with shocks that are not more than just stiff springs with no actual "shock" absorber. To say I was upset and disappointed was an understatement. However a trip was on the horizon and we didnt have any time to get something else. So off to our little vacation we went. So by vacation I mean camping, in the dirt with some pavement so to speak. Since we only had the one stroller I wasnt about to complain. So we gave it a shot. And for once in my life my wife was right! (just kidding honey) in that this stroller worked great. Everything I disliked from the get go actually worked well. The shocks actually absorb bumps and do a good job of keeping jr from bouncing out. The straps are comfortable, the ability to swivel the seat was a game changer for junior and its light weight and travel-ability was second to none. However like everything there are pros/cons Pros; -Light weight -Super compact and folds up easily -Comfortable with shocks -Swivel chair is a game changer Cons; -Looks cheap and cheasy (looks are deceiving) -Expensive! -Lack of storage compared to larger counterparts All in all we are very happy with this stroller and it has served us well for awhile now. Weve had to hose it off in the yard at least a dozen times and despite my scrubbing of it and using a pressure washer on occasion it has held up without issue. Granted its not much to look at it works better than any other umbrella stroller youre going to get!

They're an imported brand from Germany which makes them more rare here but the local baby store seems to carry them in our area. This is the 4th-5th Cybex stroller I've checked out and the innovative part of this particular stroller is the 360 degree rotating seat. Otherwise. I don't know why your child would want to be faced sideways but who knows. Maybe you'll find a reason. Otherwise this is a standard (for cybex) stroller. This stroller can be upgraded to a travel system for a new baby by purchasing the cybex baby seat or "cot s." People ask me if other seats can be used instead and I have no idea. But you'll spend another $150+ to make this a travel system. The Cybex car seats seem to run $300-$500 which is a LOT and pretty much makes them out of most people's price range to combine with a stroller. What's interesting about this particular stroller is the most expensive color is beige (currently) at $399 while the river blue color is $100 cheaper. Otherwise it has the benefits of Pros =no air in tires, getting somewhere and finding flat tires before you're rolling out is the worst =UVP protection on the canvas =very high quality seat for baby/child =easy release on belts =one hand folding =brake is easy to find for stopping/locking =great reclining / sun shading =VERY stylish and unique especially if you pick an ODD color. Cons =price is still crazy for a stroller in my opinion that is not a bob stroller with the nice off road wheels. =no cup holders =no baby level cup holders =worrying about people stealing your expensive stroller / note: they do have tracking devices you could consider putting on your stroller =D Note: if you go to the cybex website they have lots of accessories for additional money. That runs the cost of the stroller up even more.

I really want to love this stroller but the compactness and lightness of it. Have been using it for 4 months now and while it’s convenient for errands and I mean the errands where you don’t need to bring a diaper bag because the basket is too small. On walks have noticed the stroller can tip over easily. And only reclines two ways.

The Cybex Eezy S Twist 2 is the second generation of the Twist. It weighs nearly six pounds more and has a number of improvements over the already excellent first generation Twist. Among the changes are: 1) A new bumper bar; 2) Much bigger, more maneuverable wheels; 3) leg support panel, and; 4) A taller, wider and more comfortable seat. This is a well-built (out of aluminum and other solid materials, including substantial handle foam) stroller that is strong, yet collapses to a small size with ease. It is easily maneuvered. Its four wheels are independently suspended to reduce shock and give a comfortable ride. The big "Twist" about the stroller is its ability to twist the child's seat 180 degrees so your child can face either backward or forward. Older children who will almost uniformly want to face forward, but it's good that this stroller (which can hold up to 55 pounds) will transition with your child from a rear facing baby seat to a front facing toddler position. The button that allows the twist is located under the seat. In addition to the seat that comes with the stroller, Cybex makes as purchasable options a baby basket which fits in the stroller and child seat arms that install on the stroller allowing the stroller to be used as part of a system with Cybex baby seats. In durability, excellent design and ability to fold to a truly compact size, this is a marvelous stroller. The one negative is the ease with which the black aluminum scratches. But hey, that's not the end of the world. Strong recommendation for this stroller from both of us.

So i have been looking for a travel stroller since we hopefully will be cruising next October with a one year old. Travel strollers retail for about 120 (generic chinese ones) and up. This one drew me in because the German brand Cybex is know for quality baby travel items. Another thing that drew me in was the ability for the seat to twist to the front seated or parent seated view! Look it sounds like a gimmick but when youre sitting in a restaurant with your kid in the stroller, the handlebar gets in the way of watching your baby. This very scenario happened to me today with my normal travel system(chicco). We had to take the seat out and reposition it at the restaurant. I should have had this stroller put together and tested earlier today because that feature would have came in handy!! Now this twist feature is not so that your baby can sit sideways in it. One reviewer stated she didnt understand why a parent would want to seat the baby to the side. The illustration is just showing that the seat is able to twist in this direction to face front or parent. 😂😂😂 This stroller is rated for 6 months and up. Can be used for infants younger with a car seat (not included), as is with an infant insert(not included) or with a cybex bassinet( also not included). I absolutely love that it comes with a cup holder attachment and a high quality rain cover! Perfect for vacations! It's pretty lightweight compared to a normal full size stroller. I would rate it a 4 out if 5 for weight. Still has some weight to it. As far as folding down to fit in an overhead compartment, it might be slightly wider that what is allowed on a plane as carry on but it's the same size as my husband's carry on luggage. I have attached a photo of a carry on luggage next to the stroller folded down for reference. The wheels are plastic or foam but softish. The handlebars have a foam covering on it. It would have been nicer to have a leatherette cover over the foam instead. There is a nice little zippered compartment behind the stroller seat to keep your wallet, keys, etc. The car seat adapters fit perfectly inside here also. This is definitely not a cheap looking or cheaply built stroller as one reviewer commented. Its quality is comparative to the selling price. Overall this is a nifty travel stroller. I would recommend this to any traveling parent.

If you're looking for an attractive, durable stroller that is easy to put together and use, this Cybex won't let you down. first, this is a great stroller if you need to be able to fold yours into a compact space. It isn't quite as small as the Libelle (Cybex's travel stroller) but it's still folds quite easily into a very small compact space. According to the listing it is small enough to take on most planes, but I haven't tried to take it as a carry on. The strollers folding and reclining (reclines almost all the way flat!) functions only need one hand. I love any one handed function with baby items, they really are a necessity, especially if you have more than one small child. As the name indicates, the stroller turns in a full 360, so it can easily go from front facing to parent facing. I find that a lot of strollers are more and more specialized these days to suit specific needs. That makes sense, as sometimes you want a stroller that's large and heavy duty to take jogging and sometimes you want a stroller that is light and tiny enough to fit on a plane. In my opinion, this stroller is a nice amalgamation of everything you'll need for daily life. It's attractive, it's durable, and it's easy to manage. It has lots of features including many levels of reclining, ergonomic leg rests, a nice big basket underneath, it's adjustable in a ton of ways - all of which can be managed by one hand - and it's great on all kinds of normal terrain. I can happily recommend this stroller.

I gotta say there's many features to like about the CYBEX Eezy S Twist 2 Stroller. First off the stroller is very compact. It's great for traveling. And yes it does fold in a way where it does fit in the overhead bin compartment of an aircraft. That's not where it ends though. Because it's so compact, it's literally the default stroller for whenever we're road tripping too. The CYBEX Eezy S Twist 2 Stroller is relatively lightweight and it isn't that difficult to move in and out the car. The CYBEX Eezy S Twist 2 Stroller also rides well on cement and rougher surfaces like gravel because of the suspension design. Most strollers don't even have a spring suspension. There's also your standard awning to cover your baby from the sun. One thing to note is that a smaller baby or an infant won't be able to fit here. Your baby needs to have a strong enough back to sit in a more upright position to be properly seated. There's simply no protective support like infant seats and carriers. The last feature I'll mention is the 360 degree turning mechanism. I like the flexibility that it gives me to be able to see the baby but as you know, once babies get a tad bit older, they generally like the forward viewing mode more. Last thing to note is the lower carriage storage space. It is on a the small side versus a full sized stroller so it's something to keep in mind because a large diaper backpack may not fit underneath.

Mmm not my favorite, its heavy and to be honest not impressed at all. My two year old barely fit. The thing almost flipped when she was trying to reach for something.If it wasn’t for a stranger walking by my daughter would’ve hit the floor for sure. Moms be careful. Idk just didn’t work for me.
