Don't get taken advantage of by a sleazy mechanic. Easy to use. Know ahead of time wha's wrong with your car.

Seems good
This is my first OBD code reader so I can't really compare it to others. It feels well built and response is quick enough. It helped me diagnose and repair a check engine light for a evap purge solenoid on a 2010 Chevy Colorado LT 3.7L.

It is a good inexpensive way to diagnose problems with your check-engine light
As others have mentioned, this is not a device for advanced troubleshooting. However, it does allow you to reset your check-engine light to see which problems reappear.

Good brand, very happy with it
This is the best meter I have ever used. It’s not just a code reader but a system reader. It leaves out many available features but it’s also not the high end model. The information provided is basic. It’s still helpful but it’s ability is also reflected in the lower price. If it helps I liked it enough to order a foxwell i70 pro to accompany this one. I hope they stick around for a while because they will give tool truck companies a run for its money. I cannot comment on the tech support because I have not used it yet.

All you need
This Foxwell unit gave me all the info needed and for the price is a great value. You can buy cheaper but you can also buy a lot more expensive. This fit the need that I had and was easy to use. Especially liked the I/M button that tells you if you are ready for inspection. I ordered the package that came with the case, I highly recommend the case.
