Finally something to replace cotton buds! soft on the skin, easy to clean and great little storage box.

This little cotton bud comes in it's own case which you swivel to open. It has silicone ends and does everything you expect a cotton bud to do. I used this to tidy up my eye make up. It's simple to clean. You just need to remember not to throw it away!

Loving this product. its easy and comfortable to use. I love that its portable and I don't need to throw more cotton wool buds in landfill and I have one less item to add to my weekly shop less. Its only downside is the case is a bit tricky to open at first but you can get the hang of this quite easily

I know you are not meant to stick cotton buds in your ear, but we all do it and that’s why I bought this. However, the silicone is smooth so there is literally nothing for the wax to stick to, so all you end up doing is spreading the wax around the inside of your ear. Great idea and I am keen for less waste but it needs more work to make it fit for its intended purpose.

I loved the idea of this product because I wanted to stop using traditional disposable cotton buds which I use to remove make-up/mascara from around my eyes. Unfortunately, while these seemed like a great idea, the plastic end was not able to pick-up any of my mascara or make-up like a traditional cotton bud would have, so unfortunately I think I'll have to switch to bamboo cotton buds. This product might work for you, but personally did not work for my use.

I am always on the look out to reduce waste and excess plastic. I had moved over to bamboo cotton buds a while ago to avoid the plastic and was curious to see how this would work. I like how you can have different buds in different colour cases to differentiate them. I use this one to clean up make up mistakes and sharpen lines etc. It has a different texture to cotton buds, it is slightly damp almost and works really well. It cleans up beautifully with just a rinse under the tap. Even stubborn mascara came off. As long as I don't lose it, it will cut down on my wastage. I am impressed.

From reviews here and on youtube, I knew this wasn't absorbing. I bought it with intention to stop using disposable Q-tips, and to drape a thin piece of absorbant cotton (a dish towel, or Moroccoan style bath/beach towel) and use in ears. It has worked flawlessly for me. I hold the cotton and Q-tip a bit below base of the head of the Q-tip so as not to go too deep in the ear. The stem seems sturdy, ut I've only had it about a month or two; using it daily. I like to travel light, so for me, the case is massive for the size of the Q-tip;when I travel with it, I intend to house it in something else.
