Aolemi Ceiling Shower Faucet with Handheld 10 Inch Head Matte Black

Really, really good value relative to some of the big names. Almost impossible to beat the price for what is received. Below is The Good, The Bad, and Recommendations. The Good: 1) Value; excellent value in this unit at the price point provided by the Seller. Competitors like Delta or Moen are double the price and half of the components are plastic and/or Chinese origin anyway (I also own an extensive amount of Delta fixtures and the overall build quality is similar to this unit). 2) Finish is very nice; beware, it scratches relatively easily. I cannot comment on finish longevity, especially when subject to cleaners. 3) Customer Service is great - answers within a day at most, is knowledgeable and very helpful. 4) Price is very justified and you don't feel like you're getting robbed for "luxury" items. The Bad: 1) Installation instructions are absolutely terrible and really need a lot of work. This is more a comment to the Supplier to update the instructions. 2) The rough-in dimensions are not standard like most of the big names. My recommendation is to rough in the system like that of a normal US-based system and use the appropriate components/adapters to bring the valve/head dimensions flush with tile work. This will save headaches in the future if needing to perform a valve/head swap. 3) The original valve received was not pressure-balanced with built-in water supply shut-offs. This is standard (and pressure-balance required per code) in the US. 4) The original valve dimensions are not the same as the updated (current) pressure-balance valve and could cause customers some headaches if ever needing to swap out the valve body to the updated pressure-balance valve. 5) Would be nice if the trim, head, etc. came in a round rich looking style too, and not just the square modern look. I love this set, but this modern look does not match the rest of my bathroom aged-bronze look. Recommendations: 1) Expert/knowledgeable DIY'er installation highly recommended. The installation instructions are not good at all and I wouldn't recommend installation to someone who is not a contractor or a knowledgeable DIY'er. 2) Purchase a second valve body directly from the manufacturer in order to make a future "valve swap" easy if the original unit fails. You don't want to deal with tile work and access issues if the valve fails in the future. It is WAY easier to change out valve components should the original valve fail (again, recommended by an Expert and FYI a valve internal components swap will void your warranty; in my opinion, who cares if the valve is toasted anyway...). 3) If you have the original valve without pressure-balance functionality and built-in water supply shutoffs, purchase the updated valve from the Supplier. Would I buy this unit again, absolutely without a question. Know what you're getting into and take the couple of extra steps necessary to make things easier in the future.

I have been using this shower kit since 2023 and have been very satisfied with its performance and quality. Recently, I needed assistance from customer service, and the experience was excellent. The representative responded promptly, was professional and helpful, and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to know that the company stands behind its product with such responsive support. I highly recommend this shower kit based on both the product quality and the outstanding customer service.

Faucet looks great and is a much needed upgrade to our shower. I did have to use support but they were very responsive and very helpful.

From the listing and comments, I thought this came with 2 different sized arms but it only came with one that was too long for my use. My shower drops from the ceiling and I have a glass door that would bang against the shower head when opened because the arm was too long. From doing that, or maybe the way it was shipped, the black color on the side of the shower head scratched off. I contacted seller and they sent a replacement along with a shorter arm. The replacement head that came in was badly bent at one of the corners - almost to the point that the corner would actually point down to the floor. I contacted the seller again and they sent another replacement promptly. I am giving a good review because the seller took the appropriate actions. The shower head looks nice. It was expensive to me but I like it. The only thing is that the black does rub off easily and it is a shiny silver underneath that. When I was screwing the arm into the ceiling water pipe, I had bubble wrap around the arm so my pliers wouldn't scratch it, and it scratched some of the black off anyway. That doesn't matter much because you can't really see it from under the large shower head.

Way better than expected. I love the pressure, the lights. Perfect

Bought 2 rain showers sets. Plumber bent 1 of the shower wand holders. Aolemi was very responsive on providing replacement part. Pieces look great, very stylish and modern looking. 12” rain shower is fantastic. I would buy from Aolemi again. April 2025 update - ones of the valve cartridges was bad and wouldn’t let water through. I contacted Aolemi and with a few emails and photos to assure proper carriage, they sent me a replacement cartridge and video on how to replace bad with good. Ten minutes on the job and the shower is back in order. Fantastic and very responsive customer service.

Great price, and everyone was nice and help . Customer service help me out and did their best to get me a great price, I highly recommend this company.

Bad design on the hand held. Not enough space to slide the cover. Does not matter how exact your rough on is. You will never get the hand held to sit properly. The shaft of the hand held hilder should have been longer to allow for the cover to slide. The hose fitting hits the cover and the cover will hit the tile. Bad design. Do not buy. To fix my issue I had to buy other hand held holder from other brands. The ones that have an elbow design.

La calidad es buena, el teléfono es de metal, tiene un buen tamaño el plato de la regadera, el brazo tiene una buena longitud (30cm). El problema fue que me llego dañada y la devolvi.
