Used more than a few times now and really happy. Non stick works a treat and the guidance to keep temperature lower than you might ordinarily is sound advice. Have no issues with these pans at all.

We use this pan on an induction hob. I never overheat pans as it’s so easy to control the hob. The ceramic non stick material is simply brilliant. We have always previously used PTFE non stick pans and although our frying pan was still non stick it was showing signs of deterioration. The food just slides off and a wipe with kitchen towel gets the pan pretty clean so a very easy wash up. We have now bought a smaller one for the campervan!

I bought two pans back in August 2025 and again another 2 as present for my mother in October 2025. The selling point was the safe non stick coating. However, I can confirm both sets have lost their non stick coating in a very short period of time (circa 6 and less than 6 months for the second batch I bought for my mother!) rendering them useless. I have carefully washed them and never used metal to scrape food off of them (only wooden spoons). As such, I don’t recommend these. Save your money!

These pans are clearly good quality, being heavy and well finished. The non-stick coating looks and feels durable, but the pan design means there is no protective strip around the rim and this is susceptible to damage. Given the price I might have expected better durability than this, but it doesn't affect the cooking area, just looks a bit tatty.

Absolutely brilliant. Look after them and they are the best non stick I have used. DO NOT SEAR WITH THEM.

Chips and flakes and customer service won’t honour their warranty on the product. Tried to say it’s “normal” and safe. These are only 4 months old and hand washed and used with silicone cookware.

Best pan I have ever used. Nice stainless base so there is no toxic aluminum fumes. The coating is amazing I cant get anything to stick , clean up is a wipe and go situation. Well worth the money I highly recommend this pan all day long. Hopefully I can remind myself to do an update every year to see how it goes because these coatings always degrade over time. So far its great.

J'aime cette marque de grande qualité. J'ai découvert cette marque il y a longtemps et les poêles sont toujours fonctionnelles. Je choisi les versions inox car elles sont plus efficaces sur l'induction. Celle ci est très bien fabriquée, et très lourde. Je recommande sans réserve.

They should remove the non from non-stick pan. The coating quickly deteriorated and was op mediocre quality to begin with, despite following instructions.
