Terrible book for kids
The gist of this story is that a boy is enjoying surfing until he notices that all the beachgoers are laughing at him. After his surf session he realizes that it's because his shorts fell off and he's been surfing in his underwear. Kids have enough fears as it is. We don't need to instill a new one in them.
