I bought these to tighten up the roof of my jeep, it felt tighter, but in heavy rain I still occasionally got a slight leak. Not perfect, but great. It could just be an overall manufacturer defect in the roofing and not these plugs. I would recommend them nevertheless because they are added security for the room of your vehicle (Jeep).

They definitely keep people from popping the hard top off . Normally if my husband locked his keys in he pop the top off. Thease will make it impossible to do lol
