Are these medical grade mask or "general use" as a dust mask?

These masks are ASTM F2100-19 Level 3 tested masks.

Why do you say "protects against 99% of particles larger then 0.1 μm" and then say "filters 99% of particles larger then 3.0 μm" in the illustration?

Both are not the same kind of particles one is BFE and the other is PFE (read below for the difference between both, and look for the the test reports in the images). (BFE) – This test measures the percentage of bacteria larger than 3.0 μm filtered out by the mask, in this case that is above 99%. (PFE) – This test measures the percentage of particles larger than 0.1 μm filtered out by the mask, in this case that is above 99%.

Does mask have a moldable metal nose wire?
