Milwaukee M18 framing nailer tool only Review: Cordless Framing Nailer - This is a nice nailer and works just as good as a pneumatic. Only differences are this one is a bit heavier, it's quite heavy for one handed use. I can get a few nails in over head with one hand while holding a board in place but can't hold it overhead very long. I may be a little weak. Just know it's heavy. Works awesome otherwise and is reliable to the point you don't need to bring air compressor and hoses with you anymore. Also it comes with a short clip that holds one row of nails. The price of the nailer plus another $100 for the extended magazine upgrade puts you at close to $500. My Paslode holds two straps so I needed the equivalent capacity for the cordless one and that's extra unfortunately. Great purchase, I love it. If you can afford one it's definitely nice to have. Review: I build houses, this gun is amazing! - I've been a contractor for over a 10 years and have framed a few dozen houses, so I speak from experience here. Let's start with the NEGATIVES: This thing is HEAVY; roughly 12 lbs with a 5AH battery attached. That's about 5.5 kg for my foreign friends. Not a big deal if you're a construction worker; but if you aren't in-shape, it is difficult too use because of the weight. It only holds 1 rack of nails, and you must shoot until it's completely empty before reloading. I think you can buy extended magazines, but I'm too lazy. POSITIVES: No compressor setup. No generator setup if you're building off the grid. No hose setup or tangled hoses (incredibly nice for roof framing and sheeting). Depth adjustment with the twist of a knob. Powerful and always drives nails (4,000+ nails through mine and no jambs yet). Single shot OR rapid/ bump fire, One 5ah battery lasts all day. If you're a production framer, you could go through two, maybe three but that's unlikely. Shoots pretty fast, but you do have to get used to the slight delay in firing. (Watch videos to see). I think mine has paid for itself already. I'll add updates later.

Amazing tool
Awesome nail gun. It is heavier than expected but not terrible. Quieter than a pneumatic and you don't habe to drag a compressor around or fight a hose. If you are on the fence about it then just buy it. You won't regret it. A little pricey but by the time you buy a pneumatic nailer, hose, and atleast a pancake compressor, then you will have about the same amount invested. Buy the aftermarket M18 batteries off Amazon if you need some too. They're just as good as Milwaukees and save a ton of money.

Works great.
My husband and I are constantly remodeling our home. We needed something that would make it easier and faster to nail the shed we were building. It works great, easy to use and it's durable. It's definitely help us to continue with our projects.

It is the best framing gun on the market
Works great very nice the best gun on the market two things would be nice to change about it the weight and clip size but that want stop me from buying it over the others I've tried a bunch of guns is by far over all the best Parlodel would be next best it's light and that's very nice so come on milwaukee and match or beat the weight I didn't like having to buy gas and batteries and the nose of the cooling fan running and it jams some more than milwaukee and so far the milwaukee has not jammed with me for the first time and it does a very good job so if your looking to buy milwaukee and searching out for what's best go ahead and buy milwaukee and save yourself some time

I’d still buy them again
They were great. We have had one out of about a dozen or so that leaked the gas out. I was able to fill up myself with a somewhat special fitting. They are a tad on the heavy side that’s why only four stars

The Milwaukee framing nailer is a great gun, for about 3 to 4 months, then it needs to be rebuilt . If you use it daily. Not the biggest deal because they do have warranty that covers it, overall good gun
