Are the arrows compatible with a traditional straw target?

arrows are blunt tip with rubber fletching rather than feather, which doesn't shoot arrows straight, had to shave off and put feathers fletching on. i have had my granddaughter use them on cardboard, but straw backing would be better.

How do you find out if you can use this at a public park? Is there a chance you will get in trouble?

I dont think so but i dont recommend it.
