West Coast KOZICARE Skin Whitening Cream, 15g

I don’t usually write review's, however this cream is really effective. After having my baby I was left with melasma and darkening on my face and neck (some patches). I’ve been using it for around a month and it does help to get rid off it and helps to brighten my skin. I’m defo going to stick to using it! :) So if your contemplating try it as it may work really well as it has for me. I’ve tried lots of other expensive skincare such as mesoestetic and have been more consistent with this and seen quicker results.

Not good quality

I used this product once and experienced a reaction within minutes, tiny bumps appeared on my forehead, along with a slight burning and tight sensation. I have combination skin, not extremely sensitive, and I wasn’t using any other strong products at the time. This cream contains several active ingredients (kojic acid, vitamin C, niacinamide, glutathione), which may be too strong together or poorly balanced in this formula. It may work for some people, but if you have acne-prone or reactive skin, I strongly recommend doing a patch test first. I had to stop using it immediately and soothe my skin with a calming moisturizer. Not worth the risk for me personally.

I enjoy this so far I think it works. I can see my skin becoming more clear and even.

Pros: Lightweight texture and easy to apply. Mild fragrance and non-greasy finish. Can give a slight brightening effect over time. Cons: Dries out the skin, so it’s not ideal for dry or sensitive skin without a moisturizer. Results are gradual — may take consistent use to notice any whitening effect. Small 15g size feels limited for the price. Overall: A decent cream if you want a light brightening effect, but not very moisturizing. Pairing it with a good hydrating cream is recommended to avoid dryness.

Absorbs well into the skin and feels lightweight. A little goes a long way and it leaves the skin feeling soft and moisturised. Good value for the size.

I'd get better results with a household product. It doesn't work

After a week applying on my face day and night I can see the difference. Strongly recommend. The tube is a little bit small but it only takes a little bit of product to cover the whole face.
