I suffer with PCOS and endometriosis and have suffered for a long time with a b12 deficiency. I have constantly been irritable in mornings and struggle to be productive in the afternoon. Especially when I’ve been at work. I struggle to do anything in the house. I have been so tired for so long. I’ve had a b12 spray but never heard of these patches till I started googling b12 injections when I came across these on Amazon. I thought why not try it before I ask for the injections from my gp.I can’t express enough how much they have have helped me! I have worn one everyday since they arrived Thursday and I feel like a different person. The results are instantaneous within 10 mins you feel better. I can do all the housework when I come home from work. I can get up early in the morning and be really productive all day and my irritable moods seem to have disappeared. My partner thinks they are amazing because he says I have so much more energy to be happy and fun around him again. I put a new one on every morning and change the position to prevent irritation and wear them along my spine near my neck or slightly lower so you can’t see them with my hair up. I then wear it throughout the day and in bed to then change it the next morning. They stick on really well and don’t come off just like a plaster. For the price and how I feel I am going to subscribe to these. I don’t think I could go back. It just makes me realise how much chronic fatigue and tiredness can really get in the way of your life. Try them they are the best thing ever!

The media could not be loaded. When you first get these and pull them off you think you have done something wrong. You end up with a paper like back to it making you think its come off wrong. It hasn't! It really is possible to peel further and remove that backing - its just really, really fiddly - don't give up! The end result in a very sticky mesh which once stuck on stays there for ages!

Lots of product for money, but I have to use at least 2 together to get the same energy boost effect. Also, they stick that well and you would be better buying a more expensive brand - especially if you have pernicious anaemia

Product not sticky enough

Not sure if it's working to soon to say. I do get a wee rash if I leave it on to long. But all came as advertised.

I can honestly say these patches are unfortunately ineffective and therefore a complete waste of £9.99

Easy to apply & very effective

Product is good. Patch sticks well to the skin and easy enough to peel off 24 hours later. However, short 3 month expiry date given on the pack, when the pack states up to 7 months supply, which I had intended to use up to!
