This Ceramic Backflow Waterfall Burner performs perfectly. It really is amazing to see the smoke gently flow -- exactly like water. Well, it was for me, anyway, since I wasn't aware these even existed. Regarding the seller, I can't say enough about the customer service provided. The scent was a bit strong for me -- and so I ended up deciding to return this item. In the process, however, I had some difficulty with the QR code (which I eventually found). Through Amazon, I contacted the seller about the problem (before I had actually fixed it) -- and he or she responded in less than 24 hours -- offering me the refund even if I couldn't find the right QR code. Very happy ending to the story -- the item was returned to the seller -- and I was given the refund. But I wanted to make sure to make a written record of how impressed I was with this seller's customer service. It just doesn't get any better, right?

To be honest, I purchased this set for the ceramic burner, with the understanding from other reviews that the incense cones included were not of the highest scent quality. The burner was nicely packed in a foam-lined box, nice enough for gifting. I did try one cone of incense to try out the backflow effect, which worked perfectly! very cool to watch - amazing, even! And the incense smelled okay while it was burning. However, I let it burn to the end and it left an acrid, burnt cedar smell on the burner (and my hands when I washed it off). I'll be looking for better quality incense, but really it's a nice burner and certainly an upgrade from the cheap head shop Buddha burner that I've been using since the 90s. I did try some Nokiba Moss Garden stick incense in the little holder for stick incense and that works pretty well (although obviously without the cool pouring smoke effect). One can also burn a standard cone in the well at the base (again, without any pouring smoke). This kit did come with stick incense, a plastic plant, a vinyl lace mat, and stainless steel tweezers as advertised. The stick incense smells more promising, the mat seems to work okay, and the tweezers are essential for getting your lit incense properly positioned over the backflow hole. From that standpoint, this burner was well appointed. I'd have preferred to buy this kit without the incense cones (or at least not so many of them) but it's still a pretty good deal.

I got this as a Christmas present for my big brother who burns insence, But he burned his sticks on cans which is messy and just sucks. He absolutely loves this, and we sat in silence watching it burn. The smoke pools and flows down beautifully and it reminds me of Studio Ghibli films. Absolutely would recommend, 12/10. Very calming, the color is beautiful, it works well, it's decently sturdy. (but be careful with it). And it holds the incense very well. I love it.

I purchased two of these for myself. The first thing I noticed was that the ceramic fountain was so poorly made that it was nearly impossible to set the cones and a spot or it was flat and stable on top of the fountain. The cones included with the fountains smell like charcoal mixed with tar! If you use these, be prepared for the fact that these cones only burn approximately 4 minutes max, depending on how you like them. Don't turn your back on them since they do not have a secure way of setting the cones upright due to the imperfections of the mold used to make them. The third instance cone I lit and placed on the fountain burned for approximately 1 minute before falling off the top and burning a hole in the top of my cherry dresser. Fortunately I was there in the room when I smelled it it's starting to burn and was able to put the cone into a coffee cup and get it off of the top of my dresser. Otherwise, it could have caused an intense fire. These are very small fountains, poorly made, and are dangerous because of the poor quality and manufacturing. The cones smell like charcoal and/or tar. Definitely would not recommend.

I've had no problems with this product,,it is mesmerizing ,and calming!! It just takes a few seconds to position the cone and once that's done the smoke filters down the 3 levels in a swirling motion--- I 🩵 it and am ordering a couple more!! I'm very happy with it! The 2 green fronds which are included are a nice addition and add to the pretty affect!!! Thank you to the Seller and Amazon!

Package arrived quickly. With it came a gold designed doily for it to sit on, tweezers to place and remove the cones, comes with alot of cones in a light blue material bag, comes with incense sticks. The cones and sticks are not all the same; they have different scents. The back flow works great and is so calming. Leave in a low traffic area because any air flow will mess up the flow. It is very good quality and we are very happy with it.
