Great product for the price. Mouse lights up. The keyboard is at totally different brand from computer, but it works well enough. Computer is perfect for a personal computer for basics and quite more.

I can barely do basic tasks. It runs too many background processes and even more windows processes to function. I've put more money into this thing just to be able to run it, I shouldve just spent the money to get a decent computer. I've had to buy more space so the disk space isn't always at 100%. It's still slow, like takes more than 10 minutes to boot up and sign in SLOW! I'm currently waiting on extra RAM to put in it in the hopes of just doing what I need it to do. They upgraded a windows 10 machine to windows 11 and didn't upgrade any hardware in order to run it. It's NOT compatible! I contemplated formatting it, but it gave me the option to repair, and reinstall windows 11 and it said the processor couldn't handle it. Noise level: kind of quiet actually. Normal? Reliability: it runs, incredibly slowly. Sometimes it stops working all together and you need use the task manager to close programs... if that even works. Included accessories: Mouse, keyboard, tower, monitor. I've had to buy some extras, like an extension for my mouse. I wouldn't say it's not a long enough cord, but if you place it under your desk, you may want to consider the extension. I also had to buy a USB adapter for an SD card slot, as I couldn't find one. Screen size and resolution, standard I would say. I like the monitor, as you can move it up and down and spin it on an angle. Setup: I considered it easy. Plug and play. Value for the money: you get what you pay for. Cheap doesn't always mean it's a worthy purchase. Wouldn't recommend.

I’m still setting it up but I want to thank this company I purchased a particular product because it was affordable and they gave me better than what I order I don’t know why and I appreciate it to the fullest. I didn’t want to say this on here because I’m sure it was just a blessing they passed on to me but I needed people to know that they are an amazing company.

Product is very nice. My problem comes from the fact that when I opened the box there were no instructions of any kind. Not even a scrap of paper saying "Inspected by #??. It did not come with a card to get wifi connection. I had to get a cable to connect with my modem and router. Fortunately I have a friend who is a retired computer guy. It just took more effort than it should have. Can't complain about the price though!

Did not come with any instructions, but thankfully it wasn’t extremely hard to put together. The computer itself is very slow, and the mouse that came with the keyboard didn’t work. They also wrote that they attempted to drop off twice before it got delivered and that was not true. But it does work, and is compatible with Microsoft.

I'm not a big Windows 11 fan but this has impressed me after learning the basics I'm starting to catch on and I am impressed.

Unit arrived a day before scheduled, packed well, however there was no documentation. I have never used Win 11 and it would have been useful to know about some basics. Assembly of the components was easy, but, getting it functioning started the nightmare. Initial action set up the country and key board. Now connecting to the network did not work, was then directed to go to one of my working Win 10 computers and go to "AKA.MS/networksetup" which involved turning off my Router off and on. No listing of available networks was found. Gave up for awhile and then went to the Amazon Asurion Win 11 CPU Protection Plan phone number. Agent was going to take control of my Win 11 in order to solve the problems. This failed because the Win 11 computer did not have the means to do this. Then I was told to take an existing Ethernet cable from one of my working computers and plug it in the new computer. Several programs seemed to download data from my Win 10 unit. Was then requested to enter my Email address. Could not do this as the "@" would not register (also "#") and my phone number. Lost the Agent at this time after waiting. Day or two later tried several different things and got a message "Lost your internet connection" and then noted "Network 2" is connected. Good news, I could now use the "@" and was able to sign in and entered a "Pin" number. That is where I am now. Note the Ethernet cable runs from one wall to the other. Decided to give it a rest for now. I need to move the Ethernet cable back to my Win 10 unit as I use it daily. Will try the Protection Program soon.
