No, you'd need a different saliva based test or a genetic (DNA) test for secretor status. This is red blood cell based only.

How old do you need to be for this test

I don't think there is a age limit in regards to the test. If you are old enough to have an account you can purchase the test. I purchase several of these kids to test members of my family and some of them were children. It's always good to know what your blood type is.

Does the test remain as reliable if the kit has been exposed to very cold temperatures (minus 20C) for a few hours, such as during transport?

Not sure but there is a control test.
