Great patches
These pimple patches are amazing. They are multipurpose, I use them all the time. They are gentle and very effective. They helped to get rid of my sons molluscum. Although they have tea tree oil they have never caused any irritations. The only thing I would say can use some improvement is the durability, at times They can slip off pretty easily; but that doesn’t completely compromise the quality of the product.Super affordable as well!

They are legit!
Affordable and work great! Why spend more money on fewer patches. These have helped scaring on face because I no longer have to dig at my simples.

Great for price.
I bought these b/c I needed new ones & these were on sale plus who could say no to 120 patches (3 different sizes) for like $8? Not I. It’s a great price! I’m onto the 2nd sheet b/c I had an acne emergency & was fighting for my life with them just popping up left & right before my cycle. These definitely calmed the pimples down, so pretty effective. It didn’t make them vanish overnight but who expects that? Now the 3 different sizes I love b/c not every pimple needs a giant patch over it & the large ones cover a decent space that unless you have a cluster of em in one location you’ll be fine. I loved the ease of taking them out but ripping along that line in the middle of each row & limiting my ability to not smudge/mess up the patch. Took me FOREVER to figure that out on prior purchases but that was on me not anyone else. 😅 As I said it doesn’t magically evict your pimples but it does help speed that process along on SOME acne NOT all. Hence the 4 not 5 stars but again for $8 I wasn’t expecting that miracle just would’ve been nice it worked on all kinds of acne at better speeds ( 1 day for 1 & like 5 for another is a bit wild = low hydrcolloid %)

Molluscum contagiosum CURED
For Molluscum contagiosum. Cured! Both my kids picked up MC a couple years ago and my son ended up giving it my daughter. He had his for 2 years and she had hers much less after finding these. I started treating them both immediately after finding this product thanks to a Reddit user. I took them both to the doctor and even had referrals to derm but nothing worked. It got so bad I cried almost daily and his whole abdomen, thigh and legs were covered in painful, itchy bumps. The “wait and see approach” did not work for my kids. These did. After bathing, put a patch on every single bump you can find. Do this daily. Remove them before baths/showers and apply new ones immediately after. Keep doing this until the head is gone and the bump is flat or healed. If you don’t, it’ll cause them to spread. After using consecutively for 3-4 months, both of my kids were cured. No repeat occurrences and they’ve been free of them for about a year now.

Noticeable Pimple Size Reduction Overnight
I have tried quite a few different pimple patches over the years, and these are some of the most effective ones I have used. The biggest thing I noticed is how well they shrink down the size of a breakout overnight. I put one on before bed, and by the next morning the pimple was smaller, less red, and less painful. They do not make a spot vanish completely in one use, but they absolutely speed up healing and prevent me from picking at it.I also appreciate the variety of sizes included. The smaller dots are perfect for those tiny whiteheads or clogged pores, while the larger ones cover more stubborn spots or clusters. Having that range makes the pack more versatile and cost-effective compared to brands that only give you one size.Another plus is the adhesive strength. I have had patches from other brands peel up around the edges, especially if I sleep on that side of my face, but these stay flat and in place all night. At the same time, they are easy to peel off in the morning without irritating or ripping my skin.I would recommend applying them to clean, dry skin before bed. I have noticed they work best when there are no oils, serums, or lotions underneath. If you are new to pimple patches, I would also suggest checking the patch in the morning before removing. You will usually see it turned white where it absorbed oil, which is oddly satisfying and reassuring that it is doing its job.Overall, these are terrific value, effective, and easy to use.

Better than nothing - barely
I’ve tried a three or four different types of pimple patches, and the brand-name options are insanely expensive for a small quantity. I didn’t notice a difference in effectiveness between other types that I have used, so at 120 patches for $8 (on sale), I figured these were at least worth a try.I have oily skin and regularly get whiteheads and cystic pimples, and have used these several times on both. I rarely get blackheads can’t comment on that. Each package comes with three sheets of 40 pimple patches, and each sheet is sealed separately. There are three different patch sizes, and each sheet includes multiple rows of each size. When you first open the patch packaging for one of the sheets, there is a strong tea tree smell. This goes away quickly. I have used products containing tree oil in the past, and have found that it usually tingles a bit. That may have been specific to those products; either way, I did not feel anything when applying these patches.Unlike with other brands, the backing is not perforated to make the patches easier to remove. I ended up using tweezers to peel them off (after cleaning the tweezers with alcohol wipe, of course). Now onto the most important part; the effectiveness of this brand compared to others. Bottom line; these were not great. I always made sure use these on clean skin; I would have preferred to apply tretinoin cream first as I have often done with other brands, but unlike other brands, they would not stick at all if I applied anything first. Frankly, they did not stick much better when applied to clean skin. I even tried washing my face and then using an alcohol wipe on the application site, then applying the pimple patch, once my skin was dry. Gunk wood accumulate like with other patches, but at a much slower rate. If these are actually hydrocolloid (I’m not convinced), they are very poor quality version. Also, even though they are clear, I think they stand out more than others.Bottom line, these helped by keeping me from touching and picking at blemishes, which would make things worse and slow down healing. However, they don’t make pimples go away faster, as I’ve experienced with other brand that I’ve tried. If that is enough for you, this may be a good option, but a bandaid would probably work just as well.Even though they are not very effective, the price is so low that three stars seems fair.

Better than other brands I've used.
They stick throughout the day or even at night while you sleep. They are very effective and I feel they work a bit better than the Daolyo brand I had just bought—Daolyo are priced almost the same but come with 300 patches compared to the PatchRx, that's why chep is never better despite the reviews. Definitely go with PatchRx if you need something that will stick and heal fast.

Works well, adhesive is a bit irritating
My 4 year old struggled with molluscum since May of this year. We tried everything aside from seeing a derm to freeze them off. Once one healed another popped up. These patches pulled the gunk out and started the drying process after 4 days of using. I stopped using them on day 5 because of some skin irritation and followed up with tea tree oil and he’s healed now. Months of inflammation gone in less than a week. 10/10 recommend.

Bang for your buck!
The amount of patches that come in this box is amazing. I find they stay on pretty well overnight but sometimes start to peel when wearing them throughout the day. They work well with big pimples or pulling little ones up to the surface!

A household staple - we keep coming back to this brand
Our whole family uses these, and they've become a regular purchase. Whenever a pimple starts forming, I cleanse my face thoroughly after a shower, apply a patch overnight, and by morning it looks significantly better. Simple, effective, no fuss.I've tried other brands a few times, but always end up back with PatchRx. The quality is consistent and the patches do exactly what they're supposed to. 120 patches per pack is also a great value - they last a while even when the whole family is using them.Another big plus it's cruelty-free and vegan friendly. Always appreciate when a brand skips animal testing without compromising on quality. Highly recommend as a medicine cabinet essential.

Great Value for the Price, But Not the Strongest Adhesion
These pimple patches are pretty good overall, especially for the price. They’re honestly the best price-per-patch option I’ve found on Amazon so far. They work as intended: they protect pimples from dirt and help prevent picking, and they do absorb/drain the pimple overnight. So in terms of effectiveness, I have no complaints. My main issue is the adhesion. After wearing them overnight, the edges tend to start peeling up a bit. They also don’t stick quite as securely as my favorite brand, PanOxyl, especially for daytime wear. That said, because the value is so good, I’ll definitely keep using these for nighttime use. For daytime though, I’ll still stick with the PanOxyl patches since they stay on better throughout the day.

Read this for who don't know how it works. Blackhead not work.
1. A whitehead has a “cap” of skin sealing itThat thin translucent skin you pulled off earlier? That’s the closed comedone cap.As long as that cap is intact:- the pore is sealed- the fluid is trapped- the patch can’t reach itHydrocolloid cannot pull anything through unbroken skin.2. The patch only works AFTER the skin is openedWhen you:- pop the whitehead- remove the keratin plug- clean the area…now the pore is open and the clear lymph fluid can come out.Hydrocolloid patches are designed to:- absorb fluid, not pus- flatten inflammation- protect the wound- speed up healingSo after the whitehead is opened, the patch suddenly works perfectly.3. Why people think it “doesn’t work” when applied directlyBecause if the whitehead is still sealed:- nothing comes out- the patch stays dry- the pimple stays swollen- healing is slowThey think the patch is “bad,” but the truth is:they didn’t open the pore first.4. Why your method works so wellYou:1. Remove the whitehead cap2. Gentle squeeze to take out whitehead.3. Do not make hard squeeze you skin.4. Clean the area using tissue with clean hand.5. Apply the patch . Change when you see the white patch color. Or change after 2-3h depending which better for you.
