I have been doing 2 things consistently for a while now - using my waterpik before I brush my teeth and also using my nasal irrigator device. Both devices are relatively good size (especially my waterpik). So with travel coming up, I went looking for at least a travel waterpik. Who knew I'd find both devices in one! I took it on a cruise (I packed this in my carry-on) and it worked perfectly for both the waterpik (with those attachments) and the sinus cleanse (with that attachment). For the sinus cleanse, I used bottled water (instead of distilled) along with my solution packets. I also didn't have access to a microwave (I usually warm the water a little first) but it was fine. I was just happy to be able to continue with both things while traveling and on the cruise as I do at home. I had charged it before I left home and it lasted the 1.5 weeks we were gone (and I'm sure it would've lasted longer). But if it needs to be charged, the cable fits very nicely in the storage case...that is INCLUDED. I keep the attachments in the little zip pouch and put the charging cable and the instruction manual on the left side of the case behind the net and the device itself is on the right side. This awesome device is going with me on all of our travels going forward. Absolutely worth the cost for a great product with many features, built well and comes with a case! If you're on the fence (there are so many of these out there) get it! You won't be disappointed.

When I purchased this for travel I liked that it was compact & had its own case (less bulky than a regular size Water Flosser). It came at least partially pre-charged so I checked it out and it worked just fine. Since I wasn't traveling for a couple of months I thought I would charge it up just before I left but forgot & didn't realize until I was on my trip. It still had some charge so I was able to use it. Thought I should (per instructions) give it a full charge but when I plugged it in the lights that indicate it is charging didn't light up. I tried more than one outlet with same result. Left it "on charge" for a couple of hours (still no lights). And then held down the power button to see if it showed it was charged. One of the 4 lights did not light so I plugged it in longer & tried again but got same result. It was past the Amazon 30 day return so I contacted the manufacturer by email. After a few exchanges they offered to refund my money (without requiring me to return the product) & did so promptly. I will continue to use this one as long as it works & will probably use my refund money to buy another when necessary. Hopefully this was a one-off minor glitch since otherwise the product seems great.

During the pandemic, one of my biggest concerns was my dental hygiene. I laboriously brushed my teeth & rinsed my mouth, but yet I didn't feel it was enough. So I had been on the lookout for something I could safely use from home for my dental hygiene(due to the pandemic situation, I didn't feel safe to go to my dentist's office). One day, one of my friends bragged about her 'water flosser' on a social media, so I decided to check it out myself. Moreover, I have a dexterity issue linked to my arthritis, so it is hard to properly use string floss. Additionally, it is so messy to use string floss. So I was determined to look for a water flosser that was really good since it was for my only set of permanent teeth(I wished I were a shark with unlimited sets of teeth, lol). When I was searching for the right one, I came across this pink-colored portable water flosser with all the famous marks like CE, FDA, & RoHs. Of course, it sparked my interest right away! In addition, it came as a travel kit and its design looked nice. As soon as it was delivered, I sat down to carefully read the instructions. First, I charged the main motor unit for a few hours as instructed in the manual. Then, I filled the reservoir with warm water up to the maximum line. When I pressed the power button, a jet stream of water was gushed toward my mouth. So I tried to aim the pressurized stream along my gum lines, so the jet streams could remove all the food particles between my teeth & gums. And surprisingly, it was very easy and quick! The best part is that I can feel my teeth very spic & span after using this device. I have never felt this way before. This item is worth every penny of my hard-earned money and above all, it can take care of my dental hygiene whenever there will be more lockdowns down the road. For these reasons, I would like to highly recommend this product to anyone on the lookout for better dental hygiene solutions!

I really liked this flosser alot and am disappointed that it didn't last longer. It was gentle enough on my gums and was a great size but the design left a lot to be desired. The charging port is on the bottom half of the flosser where you connect the water reservoir so it cannot be charged while it is fully assembled and although it is not submerged inside the water, it is completely open and exposed each time you connect the reservoir. I accidentally overfilled the reservoir and water got inside the charging port. If you're careful about filling the reservoir, it is a great flosser honestly. The battery seemed to last quite awhile, it's compact and portable and came with several different tips. I'd purchase again if they change the location of the charging port.

Love it!! Been using for about 2 weeks and so far love everything about it! I just got rid of an old one. It worked ok but it was so high I could not put it in my medicine cabinet, so it sat on my sink, and I was constantly knocking it on the floor - so needless to say it did not last very long. I know this is considered a travel flosser, but I wanted it for everyday use. It is small enough to leave on the counter without worrying about knocking it on the floor when I open the medicine cabinet. I originally thought I would have to take it apart every time I finished using it- but then realized the tip can be folded over when not in use so it can be left as is- without interfering with the cabinet door. LOVE THAT FEATURE! One suggestion – when you screw in the tip, make sure it is facing towards the side where you turn it on / off – so it does not squirt all over the bathroom (which happened with my last one). As I am using it, my thumb is close to the turn off- so easy to just hit that button (if that makes sense). Does make a difference – vs when the tip is facing the opposite direction, and you have to maneuver your fingers to find the turn off. Came nicely packaged in a box with h a travel container – with 5 tips that screw into the top. Comes with USB charger but, as stated in their description, no adapter (I am sure most people have one of these hanging around the house if you really need it). 12-month warranty is included (always a plus). So far VERY VERY HAPPY!

Compact and easy to use once you did it the first time. Several of my old waterpicks were retired because the plastic tube inside, which of course couldn’t be reached, started to look as if something might be growing in them. Eech. This may well not be a problem other waterpicks have, but none of mine could be opened. This one has a metal intake pipe that can be retracted, which should be much easier to disinfect every so often. I find it works as well as my bigger waterpicks, nice selection of tips and water settings, and I usually don’t need to refill the tank (unless I’ve eaten something with poppyseeds). Everything is well packed in a small hardcase which would be easy to take along. Since it loads via a USB, you can use it anywhere in the world where you can get a USB connection. I haven’t used it very long yet, so if my review items chnge, I’ll update the review.

I've had this water flosser for 10 months now. I read the reviews from others and thought I'd give it a try, one of my concerns was reviews stating it just stops working all together ! At first, the flosser worked wonderfully! I had no issues! Recently however, the flosser just stops working -_-! I will be in the middle of flossing my teeth and it will shut off! When you try to turn it on, it will light up as if it's going to work, but then nothing comes out! I thought it was because it needs to be charged, but the red charge light does not come on! Again, everything about this flosser was wonderful at first! Had no issue up until this past month and a half. Please be aware if you're considering this water flosser!

This is at least my third oral water flosser. The smaller, rectangle shape ones are extremely difficult to clean, and finally break. I purchased one similar to this style offered by another company, and my mate and I got them at the same time, and they both stopped charging within weeks of each other after approximately eight months. This model, while similar to my last, appears better made, but I did purchase the insurance. This style is much easier to clean, which is very important. The last thing you want to do is shoot bacteria-filled water into your gums. The soft plastic covering of the charging port comes off on this model, which means you can’t accidentally rip it, but you do need to not lose it. The soft mode works best for me, the normal mode is too hard on my gums. So far, I’m very pleased, and will give a follow up if it stops working. Again, I think the insurance is the way to go as they only have a 30 day warranty.
